The front desk attendant was friendly and our room was upgraded. The room clean, comfortable and had extras that we weren’t expecting. Love the location right on the ocean!

It was okay, nothing spectacular about it. The room we felt was clean. Not enough towels from the start. The door keys will demagnetize if kept close to phone. That's not good. Overall staff was nice.

Hotel is in a great location for the beach. However, the AC unit is extremely loud making it super difficult to sleep. The smoke detector has a flashing light on it also making it super difficult to sleep because it is super bright. Bed is not comfortable and the pillows are extremely flat.

The staff is professional, efficient, honest and are just so receptive. As a guest celebrating my bday. I realized about 2.5 hours after check out I left my sneakers behind. Housekeeping staff had my sneakers wrapped w a little note but also forgot my tablet. When the young lady told me/manager “I have your sneakers and I also have a tablet”. I left under the pillows. I didn’t even remember my tablet. Folks if you want an amazing view, honest and wonderful employees who dedicate themselves to this job. This is the hotel for you. Thank YOU for delivering excellent customer service during my stay.

Overall the hotel was good but a few things stood out. Something’s were a little dated like the sliding glass door in the room. The tub was clogged and water would pool so I was glad it was a short stay.

Overall, the stay was good. The location was perfect. I could see the beach and hear the waves from my room. I experienced black mold in the bathroom. That’s my only complaint as it is a serious matter.

Went with 2 young kids which the pool outside was great indoor pool looked like it could have been cleaned better so we stayed out of it. Right on the board walk with a great view from the room, however the room itself is very basic but for my entire stay we had issues with our key then on the last day we noticed our door opened without a key.

Good location, great view from balcony. Hotel especially the Rooms are in desperate need of updating. Musty smell, Beds hard. No continental breakfast, pay for parking??? I would not stay there again. We will stick to the go to in del. and Md beaches.

I stayed here for 4 nights and loved the location. Easy access to the beach and shops. The pool was great, the staff was helpful and we even got popcorn and cookies at times. My only complaint is that the property could be cleaner although I do understand that there’s a lot of beach traffic and it’s probably hard to keep up with it especially in peak season. But overall I would stay here again. The beach was great!!

We have visited the same hotel for 3 years now. We keep staying here bc our daughter loves the pool style. Since last year 2022 we noticed changes in the room, very poor quality, the elevator is broken most of the time. This year we reserved 3 nights and when we arrived we was placed into a “handicap” room without notice. We felt very ofended but my husband retained not to complain. The room bathroom ceiling has cracks, the bed sheets had yellow stains, the water at sinks are always burning hot and can’t get it to cold. Labeled wrong, room and main entrance women restroom. The cold blue dot 🔵 brings super hot and the red dot brings cold water. There was no wifi, the microwave at hallway has no plate so we couldn’t make our noodle soup, we notify front desk and after 3 days nothing got fixed. The buffet has the same menu the 3 days straight. I remember the first year we stayed there, the service was excellent at the buffet you guys had a man there making waffles, omelettes, the coffee bottles were full, now there was no coffee, no forks, the same menu and only one employee running the entire bar. The pool was nasty- duty water (lots of white grease on water) and had no towels available with a sign “only one towel per person allowed” but there was none. We are not satisfied with the stay at your place. I wonder if management changed??

Pack your patience for the one working elevator. The air conditioner does not work in hallway on the 5th floor. Oh, and you have to go to the front desk to get replacement towels because no one on the staff will bring them to your room. And the lobby is dirty.

The Courtyard's best attributes are its excellent location, outdoor pool, and oceanfront views. Its right on the beach in a beautiful, walkable area with a variety of food options and shopping close by. The outdoor pool is great with a poolside bar. The views from the rooms are breathtaking.The lobby and indoor pool are nice as well. The hotel rooms are dated and are in need of considerable renovation and new furniture. The bed was very comfortable though. One of the 2 elevators broke down the day we were checking out which was a major inconvenience. From reviews by others, it seems the elevator issue is a persistent problem. Overall, the hotel is nice, but with room and elevator renovations it would be considerably better.

Unfortunately, I do not have anything good to say about my most recent stay. The floor behind the bed was terribly disgusting. The A/C worked at one speed and one temperature. My room was left completely door open for an entire day while I was not there. And they did not service my room except 1.5 times. The half was because they only made one bed and refolded my used towels. They did nothing but return a single (lowest priced) night of my stay.

The view from the room was amazing and the room itself was spacious and nice. When we checked in the sink was dirty and cigarette butts were on the deck - would have been nice to have been comped something for this. The pool seemed pretty messy too with people leaving towels on chairs so it was hard to find a place. Other than that great location and nice room!

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite (5 of us) and it worked out beautifully. The room was clean and had all that we needed. I did receive a charge for parking which I wasn't aware of so that was a bit of a bummer. But overall, we did enjoy our stay. We sat on the balcony to watch the 4th of July fireworks which was so nice. The beach was steps away from the hotel. The pool area was nice. I noticed a water cooler on our first day in the lobby which was nice since it was so hot, but it disappeared after that first day. Ice water would be nice to have at all times for guests. Friendly staff. I'd go back!
