Some rooms have been updated. We were first put in a remodeled room, but requested a change after getting almost no sleep the first night because of the bar right next door playing extremely loud music all night. It was wonderful being on the beach. The staff were friendly. My only complaint was the bar/restaraunt right beside them, but they can’t help that.

The Hotel is very old, very dirty bathroom, floor full of sand, before we entered it was already dirty. There is no elevator and it is not accessible. We even had to carry our bags up a long path and up several stairs. There was dirty bedding and trash all over the hallway for hours and hours throughout the day. lots of dirt in front of the hotel, in the sand, next to the corridor. Excellent service, check-in and check-out. Very small kitchen, with few utensils. old and stained towels. stained bed sheet.

We were supposed to check in at 4pm their regular check in time, but they weren’t able to get us into our room until 6:30pm because our room wasn’t clean yet. Also there was long dark brown hair under my pillow on the bed, and also one in the shower. It made me wonder if they actually did change the sheets, or if it was just from the person cleaning the room. Also, harpoon Harry’s next door plays extremely loud music at night that vibrated the walls. But if that doesn’t bother some people, good for them. Otherwise, it was a great stay, great location right on the beach, and I could tell the front desk manager was doing his best while trying to get people checked in.

It’s a little bit dusty and crusty but it’s on the beach and the beds were comfy. Also fridge and microwave in the room which is rare. Overall I say it’s a good value for the price.

Located right on the beach, the view from the mini balcony was amazing. Many food choices within walking distance. I will definitely be back next year. The mattresses were comfortable, but the bed, on it's frame, meant that when sitting on the bed, my 6' tall legs could not touch the floor. The single chair was also not very comfortable. Most staying here would spend more time at the pool or on the beach, but time constraints kept me more in my room. The new, floating floor, are a nice look, but while I am sure they are swept after every visitor, they should have a sponge mop as well. Walking from the shower to get dressed should result in dirty feet. THIS IS A PROBLEM AT ALMOST EVERY PLACE, so is not ONLY directed here,

It was what I was expecting for the money. I booked through hotels.com. The only issue I had was somehow my reservation got cancelled by hotels.com but the hotel staff was very helpful in getting me a room. Would stay again.

It was a weekend trip to hang out and watch a basketball tournament that our son was playing in. The room, the staff and everything around the place was well maintained and as advertised.

First room I requested off of hotels.com, was a suite w two queens, but when I checked in the suite only had one king and not ocean front. So I showed the AGM and he ensured I got placed in a cabana room right on the beach. Rooms recently remodeled, new beds, new linens. Only complaint there was NO water pressure at all in room 121.

Room was recently renovated. Great for an extended stay. Bed was comfortable. Only downside was that the water pressure was inadequate as well as the hot water temperature. Can't complain for the price. Excellent stay.

When first arriving the lady at the front desk was friendly enough and checking in was easy enough. However upon arring to my 3rd floor suite the door pushed open and i quickly realised it didnt lock or close proper. I was put in a different room with no issues and the rest of the stay was great.

Room is adequate, utilitarian and simple. No closet or hanging rod. Lots of drawers. Room had main bdrm separate from general living area. Bedroom had wall mount TV on sidewall...difficult to see from bed. Courtesy/check in desk attendee was very friendly/helpful.

Orbitz charged me a $14.00 resort fee, when I checked in I had to pay the $14.00 resort fee again. Someone owes me $14.00 plus tax $.98. Please let me know how this will be taken care of.

I knew they had construction before I booked, even that was away from booked rooms. I hunt for bugs at night when I wake up only found a moth I am sure I let in. If they maintain the cleanliness and finish the updates this place will be one of the best on the beach. Well pleased!!!!

Had room 424 (king bed & balcony) for 4 nights. Bed was super comfortable and views were fantastic! Floor was a little dirty and housekeeping never came by but other than that , Awesome!

Ask for a remote for the tv and ask for a roach free room.The manager ask me to go back to the room to find roaches…….Never again you definitely get what you pay for with this one.

We stayed 4, 3 days where great On the last night about 30 or 35 young kids came and checked in very loud at 1 am in the morning partying could not sleep so we checked out and went to another hotel

The hotel is outdated but are room was clean and comfortable. The air gap around the doors could be look after. The pool was good , the beach was great and the location is great also

Very comfortable bed, quiet. The pool area was gorgeous with a tiki bar and many chaise lounges and Adirondack chairs to enjoy. Close to the fishing pier. Enjoyed watching the sunset. Streets were busy and blocked off in certain areas for the Iron Man Marathon.

The location was perfect but there was mold in our shower, asked for toilet paper because we were out at 9am and did not get any till about 8pm. When we arrive it was obvious the floors had not been mopped. We had a kitchenette but they did not provide even the sample size of dish soap. You could never reach anyone at the front desk. It was a shady place.

This is a basic room but a great value, i checked in for 1 night to see if i liked and extended my stay. Very nice use to stay at the sunbird but fees got to much. This place is great.
