My stay in the Wallace was amazing. The room is very clean, comfortable, sunny and quiet. The only thing I am a bit concerned is the noise from neighbouring room when someone is using toilet flush or shower.

The Wallace was amazingly quite and spacious - especially for NYC. Great location with so many places within a 20 min walk or short cab ride. Particularly great access to AMNH, Central Park, and Lincoln Center. Staff was excellent, thoughtful and very accomodating.

Very comfortable room, (2 queens) but unfortunately on the ground floor, so we could hear the noise from the lounge bar every night there was music. When I commented on it, the response was as if it was my fault that rooms with 2 queens are only on the ground floor.

My family had an absolutely amazing stay at The Wallace for our teenager’s birthday. The suites are impeccable, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, and every little detail was thought of. They sent treats to the room for our kid’s birthday, and when we lost an earring down the bathroom sink, the staff had engineering retrieve it for us. So grateful! Prime UWS location, blocks from Central Park, museums and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

We are an older retired couple. We visit our family in New York quite often and we’re looking for a hotel with great service and a convent location. The Wallace was just what we wanted. All of staff at the Hotel was so friendly and helpful. We were even surprised with an upgrade when we arrived and had a spacious renovated room with a large shower. Amazing!! Four nights a week The Wallace has a piano bar in the lobby with live music, drinks and eats. The hotel is also just a block away from a large food market with fresh baked bread, pastries and a huge health food section. Altogether, The Wallace is a quiet, comfortable hotel with a wonderful staff and great location. We’ve decided to make it our home away from home whenever we’re in New York City.

The properties up-to-date, and has great style. The only thing that should change is the downstairs area where it has just an amazing bar and lounge area but it was never open when we were there.

We have all positive things to say about this hotel, which has a terrific location on the UWS. The staff is very welcoming and professional. The rooms are super comfy. We loved the lounge in the hotel (do not miss the french fries). Great neighborhood restaurants and shops are a short walk with Central Park nearby. We will be back.

The rooms are beautifully furnished with plenty of thoughtful appointments. Everything was in excellent condition and scrupulously clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and friendly. I liked that the hotel is located on a side street and not directly on Broadway. That reduced the noise level from passing traffic. We would definitely return.

What an unexpected surprise, this is quite frankly one of the best experiences I have and I travel extensively, as a digital nomad. From check-in until check-out the service was top notch, going above and beyond. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and I’ll definitely stay here anytime I’m visiting NYC. The location is close to anything & everything you need, including the subway.

Lovely stay! Our new fav hotel in nyc. Quiet, comfortable and modern. Excellent servixe from all the staff. Attention to detail and comfort of guests is obvious in the daily housekeeping, coffee and teas in the room, lighting features, large tub with bath salts and terry cloth robes, etc. Relatively quiet, residential hood in nyc. Lovely piano lounge on the main floor. Will definitely stay again.
