Bon rapport qualité / prix pour cette ville.

Petit dej super 🤩 par contre il y a du monde et ouvert de 0600-0900am en semaine. Literie confortable. Situé à 12’ à pieds de Central Park et du métro. Quartier calme. Prix … trop cher mais pour NYC il faut croire que cela reste bon. Taxi pour aéroport avec prix hôtel (prix similaire à une réservation avec booking).

Chambre petite … surtout si vous êtes en famille dans une chambre.

Excellent staff. Couldn’t do enough for you. Clean and comfortable and excellent breakfast

Location was great. 5-10 walk to Central Park and 20 mins to time square with shops cafes all around

Comfortable, convenient and good value.

Very comfortable and welcoming place. Breakfast buffet was very good. Location is pretty good - short walk to Columbus Circle and Central Park.

Elevators extremely slow.

Pay a little more and get a bigger room!

The hair dryer worked. Near the subway. Great being on the second floor as we used the stairs instead of the incredibly slow lift. Housekeeping people were friendly and smiled unlike the reception task. Breakfast people were happy and obliging.

The room was very cramped, the bathroom was tiny, and the shower leaked all over the floor. We had to live out of suitcases on the floor and beds. Little storage space for clothes for a five day stay for two people. We didn't appreciate the two large housekeeping trolleys parked outside our room daily!! The desk staff were very aloof - not friendly or helpful. I think they could be a little more engaging, people on the street were more helpful and friendly. When I asked for teabags in my room, I had to walk down and get them and was given one! The desk clerk looked 'put out' when I asked him to call me a cab. We only booked this hotel because the others were full. I won't stay there again.

We had a lovely stay, staff made it very nice and we’re always helpful with all our questions. Highly recommend this hot

all staff members were helpful and very friendly. Property location was perfect for activities planned near Jazz at Lincoln Center, Central Park, and Theaters.

Room was pretty small but the view was great.

I love New York. Perfect location for getting around - near the park, near the west highway,

Bar, location, fact that no one cleaned room every day; breakfast, helpful staff. comfortable bed. Good black out curtains, quiet. nice view out the window. free wifi,

Wish you had money exchange. Please take a look at the lamp with the light switch inside, near the top, of the lamp shade. I couldn't find it and when I did I burned my hand on the hot bulb. Wish more snacks and coffee were available during the day. Bathroom very tiny - would be nice to have body lotion provided.

Following surgery it was a place to stay. Mariott properties are usually better than this one.

Breakfast. Check in Staff Security.

There could have been more than one chair in the room ro sit on. There was no drawer space to put clothing, There were no bars in the bathroom for towels. The floors were sticky to walk on. The light switch for the bathroom was not conveniently located. It was next to the shower stall.

Super clean room, nice breakfast- simple and filling. Room is small but it's totally ok for a nyc hotel.

Location was very far from transportation. I wish there was lotion in the bathroom.

Easy for a 1 night stop over if your going on a cruise as it’s an easy walk to the terminal building

A wonderful 2 week stay in a lovely hotel. Would highly recommend.

Really lovely vibe, staff were all super friendly and really happy to help! Cool little bar! Fab location! Complimentary breakfast really helps with the budget especially if travelling with children!

Only one elevator in service for over a week of our stay. We were on the 5th floor so we walked up and down but a bit of a nightmare for those who were on higher floors.

Staff, Room and Location were great.

People are smoking near the intake vents of the air conditioning, and it’s causing the rooms to smell like smoke a couple times a day. Second lift needs to be repaired.

We had a very comfortable stay here!

Very clean, nice staff, great breakfast, location, 20 minute walk to Time Square with a lot of places to go along the way, updated rooms & decor, large bathroom

Front garden looks lovely. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok.

Noisy side room by machinery and facing offices and were very close Lift incredibly slow and one out of order most of the time. Bar very small.

Overall great experience just some minor issues

I liked the location, it was clean, breakfast was great with an excellent choice.

Rooms were small with very little space to put clothes. We had to leave ours in the case as only 1 small cupboard. On arrival at about 1am the reception area was smelling of cannabis (I personally do not like the smell so it was quite off putting).
