Very modest but comfortable, quiet, and welcoming, in a great location, with wonderful staff.
Windows worked perfectly to keep the room quiet, but the AC was very noisy. Room very clean but somewhat musty (at least in New York's August humidity). I wonder if air purifiers would help... But very comfortable nevertheless.

Clean, staff are friendly and helpful.
Sanitary is little old , water takes time to drain . It is a little thing and the room service is really doing an excellent job.

Location was nice. The amenities in the bathroom were a surprise. The staff were nice.
The hotel needs a facelift. It seems dirty the lifts were awful. Just clean and vaccume in the lift grooves. We stayed in a different hotel each night for a week. This was the MOST expensive (dynamic pricing) and yet the oldest.
