The night clerk; who was still there 8-9 in the AM was still working, introduced my wife and kid to the resident cats! What an awesome man and sleep!

The power went out no heat no tv nothing worked. Asked for a refund no one working there could give one or have information about getting a refund

Stayed there more than once and both times floor were dirty, with visible dirt on floor and sticky and sheets had stains on them. When asked to change sheet the next day, housekeepers were unwilling to do so telling me they don't get paid enough. On top of that, they have very horrible wifi, barely any cell signals, we cannot make any phone calls without steady wifi. So one night i was locked out of the room, i had no cell signals, and the office is completely closed with no one to even answer the phone...it was very frustrating and dangerous, i was out by myself around midnight, cold and could get back in. i don't know any motel or hotel that has no clerk working since 10pm at night until the next morning. It was cold outside and luckily we found a keycard that works in my car and were able to get back in. No wifi either after 10 or 11pm... it's quite ridiculous and dangerous when their hotel phone line doesn't even work. If any emergency, there's no way anyone can get help... office close, no one to answer phone, no cell signal, phone line to call out is not working... its not safe, you cannot get help if your key doesn't wirk or got locked out... Oh, they advertised there free breakfast, not true, half the time office not even open until 9 or 10am.

The hotel location is good, but the room is dirty, they no wash the toilet also one pillow have blond and the blanket is makeup on That is realy bad .

We was very surprised by the amazing view, since its the bottom condo, plus the high ceiling and the details to make the place cozy. We definitely want to come back many times and play golf. Also the price was very affordable for the level of the property. Owners and management are doing a great job!!!!!! Thank uuuuuu

Basic, but clean. We spent 2 nights here as part of a longer trip. Our first real visit to Cherokee (drove through before). Not much to do here unless you like the casinos. We were supposed to attend a concert at Harrahs, but it was cancelled too late to get a refund on the room, so we went anyway. This is very close to the Smokey Mountains National Park and about an hour from Gatlinburg, so it might be a reasonable base for some. Breakfast was minimal - fruit, packaged treats, and trail bars - but we knew that beforehand. Our room was on the third floor and we were pleasantly surprised by the ramp access!

I didn’t like that my room was never cleaned. Ran out of coffee, towels, toilet paper, tissues. Room never got cleaned in the 3 nights we stayed there. There was no fan in the bathroom to control the smell!!! Exhaust fan! But the bed was great!!

our room was extremely nice and clean. Great location. We were late arriving so Sarah texted and said she would put our room key under the mat and she sent a photo of the mat! Great little area behind hotel where you can walk your dogs!

Booked online. Was not asked about bringing pet advertised as pet friendly but when checking in given waiver that I would be liable for 150.00 for having pet in room. Explained we had pet. Then billed 30.00 pet fee. Told we would then get pet friendly room. Went to room and it had not been cleaned. Went from early checking at 2:00 to room finally ready at 4:00.
