Room was very dirty. Holes in walls. Peeling trim. Did not match pictures on website. Pillows were extremely thin not comfortable. Bathroom was extremely small no vanity counter space.

The room was small but a good heater, nice hot shower and super comfy bed. Right in the middle of town easy walking distance to everything. Awesome. Would stay again

Room was clean and tidy. Location was fantastic, right on highway 66 and walking distance to Train and Williams night life, food, drink, shopping. Would like to have seen some added amenities to the room. Soap and toiletries were very cheap but most people bring their own stuff these days. There is a fridge in the room which was great. Would be nice to have a vanity for applying make up as the bathroom vanity was very tiny with no room to put make up or toothbrush on. Heater worked pretty good but makes a lot of noise. But while we were there it snowed and that was extraordinary. The staff had the snow cleared out of the drive way pretty quickly and efficiently so guests could get to their cars and be on their way to local adventures (Bearizona, Grand Canyon Deer Farm, and Grand Canyon are all very close by). Staff was friendly and thoughtful.

Location is good, right on the main drag. Room is dated, bathroom rundown and dirty with a shower head at about 5 ft. We all had to squat down to shower. The wall unit heat source had a remote that did not work so we had to stand on the bed to turn it on and then it still didn’t work properly. Would not stay here again

There wasn’t a person to be found at the front desk (which was locked up tight at 4pm) and there wasn’t anyone answering the living quarters contacted to the front office/desk. We knocked and knocked and called and called. My family and I waited for over 15 min. before the employee showed up. She was not very professional or apologetic.
The room (finishing) was below average but expected for this caliber of hotel. The main reason for staying at this hotel was its proximity to the Grand Canyon Railroad Station.

The gentleman who check us in was prompt and polite. Everything was fine, but they seriously need to leave extra blankets in the room and improve the loud, not so great heating system. The location is fantastic if you want to walk around and enjoy this amazing Route 66 town.

Near enough to the center of town butout of the noisy range. Our 2 queen room ended up to be a one bedroom with door and second queen in front instead of the usual sofa bed. Great for families. Very clean , new paint

the hotel is definitely older but had every amenity we needed beds were okay! i loved the location and will definitely stay here again!! would have rated higher but the day of our check out we packed up loaded our car put the do not disturb sign up then walked to breakfast hoping to relax when we got back but they had gone in the room and cleaned it. it was only 9:30 and we were planing on staying until check out

The hotel was as we expected. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. We were right on the main street and a few minutes walk to restaurants, Staff was very friendly.

The staff was really nice, so I hate having to leave a bad review but the room was filthy and there is no excuse for that. The bed smelled like dirty laundry. There were hairs and dead gnats in the bed, under the top covers. There was dirt smudged on the pillow. The towels had brown stains on them and did not smell clean. It was appalling. The only thing they have going for them is location. Don’t waste your money.

Very cute town with lots of souvenir shops and restaurants. Clerk was very friendly and informative. The hotel is older and the room did have a lot of obvious repairs that could easily be taken care of, indoor privacy latch/lock was taken off/missing, toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall, outlets and phone jacks were hanging loose, light bulb burnt out, missing coffee glass pot and no coffee/cups/sugar provided. Shower head was ridiculously mounted too low on the wall, had to bend knees throughout my showers even though I am only 5’3. There were also crumbs and sticky drink stains on the tv stand when I got the room and furniture had dust, I wiped it clean in less than a minute. Other than that, plenty of clean towels were provided, beds/sheets appeared clean, a/c and tv worked great!

My wife and i stayed here for our trip to the Grand Canyon. The place is decent but could use more firm mattresses in my opinion. You can clearly see and feel that everyone sits on the same area near the night stand. They are close to everything in Williams. They do need to work on their internal communication. I didnt appreciate the owner accusing me of not paying for our 3rd night's stay. I paid cash for 3 nights upon our arrival last Friday May 19. After some searching, they said they found the notes from their desk clerk proving this. Other than those things, the hotel is what you'd expect but they ARE PET FRIENDLY.

Overall, it’s a nice property in a great location ((if you don’t mind being on a busy street.
The one issue I had was with the Night Manager on our 2nd night of our stay. He woke us up around 10 pm to indicate that our 2nd night had not been paid for. It had, and he confirmed that when he double-checked his system. He should have done that before waking us up.

Hotel is an older property -- owners have done some work to polish it up, but it's still limited by the layout of the small rooms (and tiny bathrooms). Our room had no nightstand next to the bed; one was nearby but you would have to get out of bed to reach anything there. Sink was tiny with no counter space, and bathroom was extremely tiny! Lots of ambient noise from the street as well.

Overnight stay. The staff was extremely accommodating when we arrived early due to cancelled plans they were able to help us check in early without complaint. The room was clean, the heat worked, beds were comfy. I liked that the parking was right in front of the rooms!
Of course you get what you are paying for do not expect the Ritz Carlton when you are buying on a budget. But this is a great little hotel for a quick stay.
It can get a little noisy with the train being so close but, I think you could probably expect that from any of the hotels on that street.

This hotel looked so promising from the reviews. It was so dirty. My baby's feet and hands were black after crawling on the floor for five minutes. There was toilet paper holding the toilet paper holder steady.
