Stopped there while passing through for a night .

Its a simple clean room. Nothing special. No complaints

No coffee in the room. Need to go to the reception area to get it. No breakfast option provided

Convenient location in Williams and near to Grand canyon. Provided morning coffee and tea. Variety of food options nearby with a decent BBQ beside

I'd stay somewhere else because of that couple that work there thete shady

The ac worked good, it was a small room that's ok,

The checking she tried charging me 69.00 extra for no reason, I already paid 296.00 for 3 days, she tried making me pay more, so my niceness turned, I called my bank in front of her and her husband and asked how many minutes after I paid 296.00 did they try n charge me more, he said, refund her now! So it made it seem.like, they steal from people, I reported them to fbi

Don't trust them with your travel--there's a chance they'll take your money and never let you in

The room was recently renovated and large.

We had reserved far in advance, but when we arrived a few minutes before 11pm, only to find the front office locked and a sign saying "no vacancy". There was a doorbell to ring for service, but no one answered for 10-15 minutes. With nowhere else to go, we resorted to knocking on the door of the room attached to the office. Still no answer for another five minutes, until we knocked loudly. The woman who answered was angry and told us we should've used the doorbell--and when I told her we'd been ringing it for 20 minutes, she snapped "I didn't hear it". It was a horrifically unpleasant and panic-inducing experience to think we had no place to stay after a long day of driving all because we dared check in at the late hour of....10:55pm.

Exceptional

The room looked clean and new, bright lighting and nice bathroom with a standing shower. There was a microwave, fridge, and working AC. Bed was comfortable, and room had lots of space. Nice location that is walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. There was a well lit parking lot in the front, but also a smaller parking lot with a few spaces and stairs in the back.

Outside was still being renovated, somewhat narrow metal stairs, but wasn't hanging around there anyway.

It was clean. Close to everything.

Wanted a bottom room but none were available because it was being renovated. The hot water in the shower didn't get hot as it should have been. When I booked the room the total was supposed to be $108.71 but an additional $8.23 was added to the bill not through the motel but through Booking.com the lady said she would make the necessary adjustments and I would be refunded in the next 3 to 5 business days but I've yet to be refunded for the extra charge.

it was wonderful. We were only going to stay one night but stayed 2 miights. Loved it.

The staff was fantastic, so kind and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and newly renovated. Nice. The rooms were very clean. The bathrooms were remodeled, new showers, beautiful. Great location, near Safeway and the road to the Grand Canyon.

Wonderful staff very helpful about tjhe area. The rooms were very nice and so clean. The property was under renovation but our rooms were beautiful with a new shower the the new layout hotel 6 has. we were only going to spend 1 night but we liked it so much we stayed 2 nights. It was very nice. In Vegas we met 3 ladies going to the Grand Canyon and I recommended this property. We enjoyed it.

worst place i have ever stayed and Im in hotels 20 times a year.

The room smelled of smoke so bad i couldn't stay in the rom. The sub floor felt on its last leg. Moved up and down over 2". The bathroom and sink had black hair everywhere. Im a blond. So disgusting i couldnt brush my teath in the room. slept in my truck and only used it for the rest room and shower.
