I have had an enjoyable stay at this motel.

The owners are very friendly and hospitable. I have been coming to this Super 8 motel for the past 2 years because of the quiet location and management.

Didn’t stay at hotel because of the condition and staff.

Nothing it was dirty and the staff was rude.

There was no one in office and it was smelly in lobby.

Total disaster. 2 rooms, 1 with both queen beds broken (missing some bed slats so like a hole in the bed) , the other room with 1. Bathroom old and dirty. Breakfast was described as "Grab and Go only" but at the end only coffee and few cereal bars (neither one each). Embarrassing. Price equal or higher than other Super8 motels so no way to understand the trap before except feedbacks. Staff to be called (never present) and not kind. Never more

the door to the room didn’t fit you could have put your hand all around the door, if 2 people had stood on the same bit of floor we would have gone through the floor the bed was broke and leaning to one side and was not clean at all

Williams is an interesting place to visit. Close to Grand Canyon.

The location was okay.

As this is a small business I understand it's difficult to do upgrades. But the beds are worn out and really need replacing. Entry door was extremely difficult to open. The curtain runners are in poor shape. If the owners put some time and money I believe this could be a very good hotel to stay at. But you get what you pay for.

For a quick last minute stay, this was good.

I was appalled at the housekeeping staff. As we waited for our party to get ready to checkout, we let him know our room was vacated. He asked us for a tip. Also was literally following my husband around our truck watching what he was doing. I witnessed from the adjacent room window. I felt very uncomfortable with this person. If this was the owner, shame on you! Yes, just another “typical” Mexican family on vacation. SMH.

The shower had no shower head. The walls were thin. When we were trying to sleep we could hear the TV next door. The room was dirty and had dead bugs

The only thing I like was the location.

The website offer breakfast,the hotel doesn't, Not even continental. The room was dirty, there was dirt on the floor. There were holes in the walls. There were tiles unglued from the walls.

Booking.com let’s you edit/set a check in time for your reservation. The confirmation email states your time as you set it. When I got there to check in, the motel said they were sent the reservation from booking.com as a regular check in with no changes, even though I have the confirmation email with the time. They could not accommodate me as they were booked for the time, therefore I had to check in somewhere else for about 3 hrs to get some rest from the long way I traveled.

Good place to stay if you need a place for a night while passing through.

Was a fair value for the amount paid. Good location for my travels. Helpful and friendly staff at the desk. Very good WiFi

No heat in my room. No blankets that I could see. I had to put on extra clothing in the middle of the night to stay warm.

When booking this stay it was not what I expected. Couldn’t enjoy our sleep, we were hardly in the room and left first t

the location was close to historic town.

our room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking one. we would leave the door open, spray, and blasted the ac but it wouldn’t go away it was very hard to sleep but we were so tired we put up with it. the parking was tight as well.

The room smelled really bad. To the point that we had to buy an air refresher. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work properly, all was dump after taking a shower.
