Very Good Clean great service ,,Thought the tub area should have tile not wallpaoer bad choice steam and wallpaper dont mix Elevators to slow although 1 wasn't working

Trump is good. 2nd time there in 6 months. Both times had ocean front suite. Aging though. Had to change my room key 3 times because they didn’t work. Shower drain backed up. Valet vèry slow.

A billion kids throwing balls and screaming in the pools. Two of the three hot tubs were not avaliable and there was no age restriction, so the one avaliable hot tub became a warm kids pool, floaties and all. It would be nice if the lower pool was designated as an adults-only pool and that hot tubs were 12+ like most resorts. The elevators were slow. Pool towels were not available most mornings until 10am. The poolside bar was dirty and stinky. The beach restaurant was perfect. The location is convenient. The beach is pretty. Our room was spacious and clean.

It was a very nice hotel, comfy beds and the buffet was very good. We stayed on the 5th floor for a 4 day weekend and the entire floor stunk like weed for our entire stay. I also had issues with them stocking toilet paper and towels on a daily basis. It was on the ocean though and the staff were very nice andmy grandkids had a wonderful time plying basketball and swimming.

I was pleasantly surprised to arrive at 9am and they had a room available for me, #2303, with an amazing wrap-around porch and a hottub, it was the perfect birthday upgrade! So clean, very friendly, and the location is ideal.

Expedia should tell you about resort fees and what the heck do they use that money for. Also I always enjoyed shuttles to get there and back and would improve the business. Beautiful property. Front guest guy could have been nicer about money it was pay up or get out after I paid big bucks for the stay

The tile in the shower loose. There is no hand shower. For around $450 per night we did not expect cheap plastic cups in the room. on a positive: staff and cleaning lady very nice, I forgot my Ipad and security was great to make sure I'll get it back; the mattresses very comfy.

The only thing I did NOT like was when I checked out I went to the beach for a few hours. When it was time to get ready for my flight I went to the spa (of which I spent 500 during my trip) to shower and get cleaned up and they were not going to let me. I have traveled tons and I have never had a resort not have showers available for late checkouts. They did call a manager but I cannot be the only one that does this. Otherwise, the staff was amazing, from the room service to the bar, to wait staff, bellhops, and check-in. NOT one person that does not seem to love their job there. Pulls are great. Beach is amazing. And being a gold expedia member I was upgraded to Ocean view :-)

I expected more from this hotel. we had to move rooms after 2 nights as the room door kept banging in the wind from the corridor. there was a big gap around the door frame to let air though. in our 2nd room lots of dust the room is becoming run down. room service did not come for 3 days. our stay was 14 nights. I would not recommend to stay here if you want luxury. very over priced for an average hotel.

Personally, I wouldn’t stay here again. It was a completely underwhelming experience. The rooms are run down, the service is sub par, if you call down to the desk for anything, you will wait several hours to receive anything - if at all. The food is just plain bad at the beach and pool. We also stayed here for NYE at the trump and the party was terrible. Mediocre cold food, it was all taken away around 945pm, overall just a bad experience.

Hotel which we stayed a few years ago starting to show signs of needed face lift. Everything else as usual, great! The location, the view, the room sizes are really great! Will go again. Compare with next door Hilton and Marriott which are very worn out, this hotel is a breeze!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had ocean view which was incredible hearing the ocean all night. The rooms were very clean. Housekeeping was really friendly. Pool staff great. The front desk not so friendly but ok. The pool could use a little updating. Be careful the beach chairs are not free for guests. I noticed a charge on my bill. Parking was expensive but there was no other choice. We enjoyed ate stay very much and woukd definitely come back!!

Room are average and very outdated. Piece are falling apart some rust shows on bath and mold as well. Service is just average. But price charged is for a 5 star. Not worth it.

Be prepared to pay for everything: parking, resort fee, etc. For the price - It was very disappointing. Our room needed upgrading. Glad to have experienced it but, will not book there again.

Overall everything was good. Valet parking NOT nice at all. New to… they park your car for you and you NEED to be ready when you stop! Yelled at my kids to get out while my wife and I went in to check in!! Didn’t give us time to get all of our stuff out of vehicle.
