good location, but hotel is under significant remodeling construction. one elevator is out of order, the other has construction debris and dirt on floor and walls. Will be nice when it is finished, but for now there are paint fumes and construction debris in the halls.

Excellent! Staff is very friendly from the Front desk young lady when arrived to the Morning Front desk lady. It’s our go to Hotel every time we go to PA. Very clean. They are remodeling and we stayed in a remodeled room. The restaurant breakfast is excellent as well Great service!

The property is under construction right now and because of this the pool is closed, I would’ve booked elsewhere if I knew that before hand. Other than that the staff was great.

Room was nice. But it was very hot no matter how we tried to lower the temperature. So we had to have the air conditioner on, which was loud. There weren't any hangers to hang our jackets. I like the bottles of shampoo and conditioner they have. They are updating the hotel, so the bar was not open.

The lobby is updated and inviting but the rooms are NOT! Outdated ugly room that was not the cleanest, the toilet was broken in our room and no continental breakfast for $150 a night. Never staying here again

The pool and hot tubs were closed and I didn’t know till I got there and checked in.

Unfortunately the hotel is under renovation. Workers began working on removing tiles and bathroom fixtures and cutting drywall at 8 am on Friday morning. We expressed our frustration with the front desk and they apologized and said work was not supposed to start before 9.
The following evening the hot water in our shower would not work and the water would not go down the bath drain. My husband went to the desk and requested assistance or a room change. They could not move us to another room because they were fully booked and stated that because we booked through Hotels.com we were not eligible for support. The workers woke us up promptly at 8:40 am.
I have never written a review, let along a negative review, but this was the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered.

Worst was a barking dog in a room close to ours. Owners must have left dog alone in room and it barked constantly. Front desk said they couldn’t do anything. Dogs are allowed in any room not just restricted to certain rooms. Also construction noise and pool was closed. No free breakfast.

Good property, though we were not informed about ongoing construction prior to arrival. Thankfully we were able to switch rooms, as there was plumbing working going on above us from the minute we got to our room that was unbearably loud (think metal on metal clanging every 15 seconds for an hour). Pool and spa were also not open, which was not disclosed prior to booking. Good, basic hotel otherwise. Friendly front desk staff!

Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. I liked the AC/heat system, worked well. The bathroom was much lower quality than I would’ve expected for a Hilton property. The shower water never got hotter than lukewarm, and was unfortunately given an accessible room without asking for one, so there was shower water all over the entire bathroom floor. The toilet would continuously run for long periods of time. My stay was alright, but I would probably opt for a different location in Wilkes-Barre next time I travel.

I stayed af this hotel because I was getting married and the hotel overall was very nice and clean with great staff. However the mattress was a spring mattress, it was super uncomfortable we couldn't sleep at all. The toilet paper fell right off the holder. And when using the air conditioner it was so loud it was difficult to sleep through the night.

Traveling 81N it’s an easy on and off location. The hotel is very nice and feels safe. The bedding and towels were a bit of a disappointment, could be a better quality and maybe fabric softener. Toilet flush handle broken tub water spout loose and a few stains on the carpet all easy fix’s just need maintenance. Overall it was OK desk staff was welcoming I’d stay here again.

We did not like the soft bouncy bed. One of us moved an inch and the other moved the same. Next time we stay in a Hilton we we be sure to get 2 double beds. We wanted an extra pillow but there were none. Fortunately we had an extra in our car.

We had a great experience at this hotel! It’s in a very convenient location directly next to a shopping center with a few dining options. It’s quiet and very well maintained with nice areas for walking our dogs. Taylor at the front desk was wondering, we really can’t say enough about her professionalism, knowledge , and kindness. We’re really glad we found this hotel and look forward to coming back soon.

Nice property and easy check in. The lady at the desk was not super friendly but overall easy check in and clean room.

We enjoyed a quick family overnight get away. The desk staff were very friendly and called our puppies by name each time we took them out. We used the pool and hot tub, which were clean, well maintained and fully stocked with towels. The beds are firm, but not hard. The room and common areas were clean. The breakfast situation was confusing as the waitress didn't explain that our voucher provided eirher 2 buffets, 2 orders from the menu or one of each. In the end, it got sorted. The food was quite good.

Nice and clean Hotel very close to major Interstate and state roads. Close to a lot of shopping options. A couple of restaurants are in walking distance (I went to Red Robin). Definitely recommended for business travellers.

Room 225 was not clean. There were coffee stains on the walls and the bedding was not nice looking - looked dingy and worn. The price of breakfast is too high so we did not eat there. Clean towels at least should be delivered daily if staying more than one night. Bathrooms need updating.
