The hotel sits high on a hill with beautiful views. It’s very quiet and convenient to the quant downtown and medical facilities. I was visiting a family member in a rehab facility.

I would not have stayed here if I was aware the pool was shut down, as in, completely gone/covered in junky plywood. Doesn't look like it will be back anytime soon. The hotel is perched on top of a steep hill (kind of a scary driveway), is not in walking distance of ANYTHING, and there's not even any grounds to walk around on. It's a place to sleep and that's it. Internet is annoying because you have to re-login with a username and password every time you use your device (not just once for the whole stay). TV/cable system is outdated and cumbersome to navigate. Employees were nice, breakfast was decent, and bed was fairly comfortable. But I will not stay there again.

Nice clean motel. Has a fairly steep driveway if you are concerned with ice on the roads. Understand that there was a second entrance, but I could not find it. Overall, good stay with a good breakfast.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Staff is friendly. Rooms are reasonably priced. The view is great!! We’ve stayed 2 times on our way to Blairsville and would stay again and highly recommend to others.

Nice, unpretentious place just outside Ellijay, a bit challenging to find.. Convenient to the picturesque little downtown with excellent restaurants. Very good breakfast. Room very comfortable with bathroom maybe getting a little tired -- loud fan, tub enclosure seemed to be aging. But I'll definitely stay there again.

Love everything about this hotel except NO ELEVATOR while i stayed on the 2nd floor and we have a 5 year old grand daughter and we have to take half our house when we go off and tote it all up stairs which the front desk said it was just 16 steps but if your up and down the steps 10 times thats 360 steps lol so but Alec the front desk guy did offer to help me tote it to my room.

This was our first stay in Ellijay- AND our first stay in a Best Western. We usually book IHG properties, but that wasn’t an option. Lucky for us! This was a great place to stay! Everyone was super friendly- our room was neat and comfy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The indoor pool that is advertised is outdoor and closed. No elavator, driveway is crumbling, we paid $245 and left after 2 hrs, no one at desk when we checked out so I dropped key on desk and left

We had a wonderful stay. Everyone was courteous and friendly. We only had one complaint. There wasnt enough tables and chairs to sit down for breakfast. You really need more than 4 with the size motel you have. The morning we left we finally got one of the tables . Other than that, everything was perfect.

Friendliest and cleanest hotel. Went during their apple festival. The staff was very helpful with suggestions to eat at and to see. And also a pretty view mountain side. Oh, its 2 story with no elevator. That’s the only downside.

You put up with a lot for that view! It's not a large property, so you're lucky if you get in, or up the mountain driveway! But it's worth it! Ellijay has a wonderful downtown you don't want to miss!

Well, unfortunately, we have used the hotels.com filter for a hotel that had a hot tub, pool and served breakfast. When we got there, the breakfast was the only thing they had. They are pool and hot tub have been closed for quite some time, and it was never updated on the website. We had spent considerably more than we have ever spent at a hotel before, including hotels in the keys, and in Mexico. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable. They had put us in an adjoining room with somebody whose alarm went off every three minutes from 6 AM until 6:52 AM. We were absolutely exhausted as a result.

Werent able to get the requested mountian view room. Staff is friendly. Good basic breakfast. Close to many things. Front driveway is very steep and back driveway has some large pot holes. Hair under sheets. Tub slow to drain. Ac sounded like it was dying. Large room.
