We were having a family gathering and wanted to stay outside of Jacksonville. Our reservation was accidentally changed by the hotel. We were not sure what to expect. However the hotel front person Chase eased our concerns showed us a couple of rooms and we we ended up having a good time even know our rooms were not together. And all 10 of us enjoyed breakfast compliments of the hotel and Chase made sure we were having a nice stay. Great location and hotel was very clean!!

The carpet in the room was not clean. later I receive a text asking how the room is and when I mentioned it I was promised that someone will come to clean it. No one showed up. For a $290 per night, this is horrible service.

We are Hilton Honors members but I don’t remember having to request housekeeping. The first day when we left room and asked maid to fill coffee and creamer for us so she did and cleaned the room. After that the room was never cleaned again. We didn’t realize we had to request housekeeping. I am disabled the room itself was beautiful with a lot space for my wheelchair which was very helpful. We did love the room.

This hotel was pleasant, but Hilton needs to spend some time upgrading their bedding. The mattress in this room was like a BOARD! If you like an extremely hard mattress with feather pillows that don’t have enough loft left to give any shape or support for your head, this is your spot!

We had to switch rooms at 1030 pm at night the first night as the shower was not working. No water was coming out of faucet. Wife was already asleep and we had to move rooms as we are here for a conference at sawgrass. We decided not to stay at Marriott for their special date and stay here. It was a hiccup that night. Also we asked for housekeeping the 2nd day and only got towel service. As it was really late we decided to not call about it as it would be two late nights with the hotel staff to get it right

Stayed 2 nights and the towels were not replaced and the bed not made. That was ok with me because it's senseless to wash towels and bed sheets in an age when our resources are being burdened and labor costs are high. I would, however, have appreciated a heads up on this "post-Covid" policy without having to ask.

Great hotel - very clean and comfortable. Great place to stay that is close to the Ponte Vedra Music Hall. Stayed to attend a concert and liked how close it was. Only negative was, wish they included breakfast in the rate.

Absolutely will stay here and recommend this hilton garden inn, The service was A++, The cleanliness of the room and hotel was spotless, We lost our air conditioning for a few hours and not only did Chase offer to move us to another room, he offered to purchase our breakfast the next morning. The food was outstanding, and our server/bartender was great. Give them a try and you wont be disappointed. Cheers..
