We had a great time and comfortable stay, facilities are above standard. As VIP member, we were upgraded to 10/10 bedroom seaview. The spa is very clean and staff are hospitable.We will be back again.

In short: Everything was perfect. Longer version: Every single staff member did everything they could to make my trip good. They helped me with literally everything. They were nice and helpful at arrival, they made food in the dead of night, they helped me with some Turkish phrases. And the price was very manageble. If you want to go to Izmir PLEASE choose this place. Very close to water, very close to mountains, very close to shopping and relatively close to IstinyePark which is also where the metro is. So, so, so good if you are interested in Izmir.

We had trouble with our luggage because they didn’t make it to Izmir at the same time as us. However, the front desk staff (especially Marve) went out of their way to coordinate with the airline for the earliest pick-up available. This helped to keep us calm and so we slept soundly that night.

This is my second stay here this year. This hotel is so comfortable and clean and the view from our room was beautiful. The breakfast is good and staff are friendly. I love the pools and outdoor area. It's easy to take the ferry accross the bay to visit family which was the purpose of our trip

Loved the room and pool felt the staff could have told us about how to go about getting to pool as we were chased by staff while looking around asking us for our room no. And names when nothing was said or addressed while checking in .. also the lift instructions were only changed after 24 hours to include English

I was a single female traveller. The service provided by all the staff was second to none. The reception staff are extremely helpful. The hotel is spotlessly, clean throughout, there is nothing out of place. The breakfast choice was extensive. The bedroom was airy and light and the king sized bed was so comfortable. This has got to be the best hotel for facilities and service I have ever been to and I have travelled and stayed in many hotels.

Great stay at the Wyndham hotel. The spa and pool are exceptional, with everything required to relax and have a good time (pools, saunas, steam rooms, ice shower etc). The staff is friendly and efficient, and the room was very confortable. The overall look hotel starts to be dated, but the level of confort and service offsets it.

This hotel is a hidden gem close to major historical and cultural sites. It is next to a mall open until 11pm and the dining at restaurants and seaside picnicking nearby goes on until early hours. The crowd is mostly local families and there’s no loud music or anything to disturb the visitors. Wyndham Ozdilek is a nice and clean hotel, very helpful and welcoming personnel. Rich breakfast.

Best personal hotel experience ever. Been to most FL hotels and most main franchises throughout the US. Great breakfast. The degree of hospitality and professionalism is inspiring. I feel safe and like at home. An escape from noise and chaos. No need to go to Tibet to meditate. Take your book, put distractions on do not disturb mode and enjoy the experience.

We brought our whole family, including grandkids. Everyone loved the hotel. We had access to the club floor, and it was a great place for the adults to enjoy snacks and drinks in the evening and then a simple dinner from a small buffet--with more relaxed atmosphere than in a restaurant. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The suite rooms are spacious, and the extra beds provided for the children made them feel special. Beds were comfortable and clean. In terms of eco-friendliness, sheets did not need to be changed daily, and there are better options than tiny plastic bottles for toiletries. Overall, a very special three nights while we explored Ephesus and Pergamon.
