Awesome hotel wonderful service and help. I am dissabled and they made sure i was comfortable and happy. I will definitely be staying here again this summer and fall.

Check-in was a breeze. The front desk personnel were always friendly, greeted us every time we walked by. Parking is an extra charge which was disappointing to learn. If you dont want to pay the extra fee, you can park across the street or next door in an empty lot. Breakfast was decent both mornings we were there. Kids loved the waffle maker! Only issue was the hot water. It took FOREVER to get the shower water hot and even then it was only warm. Hotel staff said our end of the hotel takes a long time to get hot water and to run all of the taps at the same time to get it hotter faster. Seems like a huge waste of water.

I had a really terrible experience, I felt like I was targeted because I had kids.. we had so many noise complaints and the hotel was practically empty.. I’ll never stay here again

Celebrated my daughter’s 16th bday with a few friends. Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and I had a one bedroom suite as well. Very very satisfied with our stay. The 2 bedroom suite accommodated everyone and having the full kitchen was a plus. Will definitely be staying again. Our one bedroom suite was very cozy as well. The only was the breakfast could’ve been a little better

Our room was absolutely perfect for our group!! The fireplace was an unexpected but welcome surprise we missed when researching the room. Nice cozy pool too. Breakfast was fantastic! Everything was clean and tidy!

This is an excellent place to stay in Novi. The property appears to be brand new and very clean. The hotel is near lots of shopping and there are plenty of restaurants close by.

Well, overall very nice, great people, nice size rooms, nice breakfast, etc. We dispatched about a dozen spiders, some on the bed. Also, found a pot still with "dinner remnants" left in it, with couple of other minor items.

The checkin was rather slow due to rooms not ready after the hotels checkin time. There were ants both live and dead in my room.Along with minors in adjacent room alone playing loud music and making loud noises

It was perfect. My grandkids enjoyed the pool with their cousins. We took advantage of their pario area by grilling. and the front desk clerk was very pleasant. She assisted us by cutting on their gas firepit. The kids were able to warm up after going swimming. We had an awesome time. Thanks Marriot!!

Property was really clean. The breakfast buffee wasn't really a buffee. They had bagels,toast,waffels, eggs, and biscuit and gravy. No hash browns or choice of meat such as sausage or bacon.We had stayed at another hotel in the area in the past and breakfast had many more choices. Also, the hot water took forever. The only good thing was the hotel was very clean. We won't be staying here again as other hotels in area seems to fit our needs better.

Front office staff is really great! We extended our stay several times and the staff accommodated us the best they could. Really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again. Everything surrounding the property is also very convenient including the mall and access to freeways.
