The staff were generally very friendly and polite and professional,. but overall a good team and comfy stay.
My wife’s dress caught on the door jam of the bathroom and was ripped. I repeatedly asked for an incident report or form to fill out, but was denied twice by the desk and told the manager had to do handle it but wasn’t available. I asked for them to email it to me when we left and was promised it would be sent. I was obviously ignored. Not good

Clean, quiet
Telephone in the room was disconnected so could not call for room service or if something serious happened we would not be able to call 911 locally!!!!! THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I believe I was followed there by someone from the STATE OF COLORADO!!!! That’s why I was told I had to come down for all room service requests!!!!???? I’d like to know what this is all about???? Someone in a Colorado State Government Car is always parked across my house in Ohio now I go on vacation and it shows up at the same hotel I stay in???????
