This hotel is awful! I booked a reservation and when trying to check in found significant issues with multiple rooms. I requested the hotel and Expedia to cancel my reservation but neither provided any assistance. Stay away from this hotel and would advise caution when using hotels.com. The hotel screams filth and disgust!
Further, hotels.com keeps rejecting my review for the following reasons,

Don't reference personal information
All things I didn't not do during my review. Stop trying to protect a terrible hotel! Please share this review so others don't have such a terrible experience!

It was good had shower, no Internet connection on the TV, WiFi poor signal, dirty pool

My worst stay at this hotel yet. The air conditioning didn't work and the room wouldn't stay cold. The toilet had brown matter in it upon entry. There was no do not disturb sign and at 8:58am on a Sunday morning a man was knocking at the door wanting to come in and see the toilet. I had told the man working on Friday night that I requested no one in the room until after check out time when I would be gone. Definitely going to think twice about giving this hotel another chance. The wifi was excellent though.

It's a basic, short stay place. The room was clean. The staff were excellent. The location is handy for NAU and the rate seemed appropriate. I stayed two nights and both nights the people above were super noisy. I don't know if this is because the room floors are not sound dampened or if the people were particularly noisy but it was LOUD.

Was a good room, only issue I had was the shower was leaking and had water all over the floor

During our stay da morning after we checked into our room we had a horrible experience with the housekeeper who cleaned our room. We didn’t ask for any service. While we were out she/he took our chips and did something with boyfriend’s body wash && razor that was in da shower it was gone. When we got back to the room we asked about it. And the front desk didn’t do any but give us $5 which not enough to go buy another to replace. It was disappointing. I wouldn’t stay here if you want your belongs stolen.

Place is outdated. Floors were old, room smelled funny when walked in. I had to spary down with fabreeze. There was no iron/ironing board. The toilet tank kept refilling all night long that I had to turn of the water line.

It was a nice stay. One of the nicest Motel 6 I have been to. Had all the amenities in the room and loved the fact that it had hard wood floors.

Very, very, dirty. Doesn’t look like they even swept. Bathroom door had dark colored fingerprints smeared on it. Bed sheets definitely weren’t washed from the last guest. Whole room smelled like stale smoke, including the towels.

Type in request for room on 1st floor. When using the hotels website. Checked in and asked for room on 1st floor. Front desk guy said nothing available. Put me on 3rd floor . Didnt explain if all 1st floor or 2nd floor rooms are sold out. Doubt it. Checked in at 5pm. Front desk guy was useless worker

served the purpose as I just needed a place to sleep. although no microwave or fridge? was a cold night and heater was directly under window which blew curtain up while running so people can look in / light? i opted to not use and make do with a single blanket and sheet? brr . so tired whatever!! staff was friendly and property was clean

Average mitel room. Desk clerk very friendly. Not sure about location. Got woken up around 12:30 am by a woman screaming and 2 men arguing. Very scary experience.

OK but low grade. Relatively small room, both beds had a side against a wall so no easy access. No tissues, shampoo, tv channel guide or other normal amenities. VERY limited TV channel selection, only about 25, no premium. No breakfast.
An acceptable but disappointing budget motel.

I’ve stayed here before and my room was clean. This time there was dirt from mopping in every corner. If they got a cleaning crew in there not a bad place to stay.

The front desk staff was friendly, and the beds were comfortable. But it wasn’t that clean. There were urine stains on the back of the toilet, and the shower was wet as if someone had taken a recent shower. Only stayed one night as we were just passing through. I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

The room appeared reasonably clean but there were huge amounts of long, dark colored hair stuck to my socks after walking around with my shoes off.
The mattress was less than comfortable.

You are getting what you pay for. There is a reason this is one of the cheapest hotels. Do not have high expectations. You may want to bring your own cleaning supplies.
