Homeless vagrants loitering around. Smoking and butts all over the ground. Stacks of filthy mattresses in parking lot.

My husband, toddler and I went to Motel 6 for one night due to a family celebration. We had a Horrible experiencemote which turned into irritating Fiasco. first They gave us a room that was not clean The bed was obviously used. The room was dirty filled with trash like someone else was still rooming in there. I let the Manager know so He made a new key to a different room. My family and I didnt go straight to the room because we had to go to the family event. Before we went back to our motel, we went over to Lompoc Valley Inn too Get in the hot tub with family that We're staying at that hotel. From sitting in the hot tub My family and I got Fiberglass in our Skin and bottoms from sitting in the hot tub. We went back to our motel to take a shower. We were upset because we got a non smoking room due to our sons Asthma. The new room smelt like cigarettes and when we try to shower the water temperature wouldn't work. The water just stayed on cold and would not get hot. So I tried to use the motel phone to call the front desk. There was a dial tone, but when you press the number 0. It just stayed on the dial tone. It would not ring or even make the sound of the button being pressed. We finally got the water to get hot but it wouldn't get cold. It was stuck on the hotside. My family and I were in pain from the fiberglass. So we took a brid bath. When we truned off the water the nob fell off. Boo never again and want a refund. Yellow stains in the tub too like pee

Room and possibly the entire hotel needs to be renovated. The showers were falling apart. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and noisy and the room smelled like mold. Staff was great though!

No heat in my room, they tried to fix it but didn't happen, offered me some blankets, never ever again at this location.

I have stayed at many Motel 6 never have I stayed at one this bad. We where down stairs first, our AC was not working so we moved upstairs. The room was not clean. We where tired after our almost 4 hour drive. The next day left around 11 went sightseeing to Solvang rented the room for two days. Heard the housekeeper going around assumed our room would get cleaned for back around 8 just to notice our room was not serviced. Called the front just to be told well u have to request room service if you want it. Excuse me. Was told if I need towels etc to go to the front desk for them. Horrible.

Since new management took over, the property itself is looking a lot cleaner. The staff is great and welcoming as well as accommodating. I called up the hotel and asked about a possible early check in & was greeted with Adriana. Super friendly, great customer service. She checked me right in with no problem and hesitation. Have been back a couple times in the past months due to their great staff. Housekeeper Crystal cleaned my room that day. Upon entering the room you can smell it was cleaned. She made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Thanks Crystal. When In town traveling, visiting, or just driving by and you want to relax. Stop by Motel 6, they will take care of you. Ask for Adriana, Lizzy, or Raul. They will take care of you. There’s 2 other girls I didn’t catch their names but they also provided great service. Thank you ladies.

The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly! The first room I got had no sheets, blanket, or pillow cases. There was also only one towel. I contacted front desk and she apologized, stated housekeeping may have forgot and they left for the day. She gave me another room, but the fan/AC wasn’t working and it got hot up there. The room also slightly smelled like cigarettes. My stay wasn’t very cozy, but I do give credit to the nice lady at the front desk and her good customer service.

It was loud for a Thursday night. The person above me was clearly tweeking. The furniture was moved around the room and every 10 minutes they were walking around the room stomping. So no sleep. Not to mention the young men walking around late talking loud and rough housing.

The room smelled so strong of bleach it burned. Beds were very uncomfortable, no hot water, no air conditioning, no place to put your things.

Had to wait 10 minutes to checkin while clerk finished talking in Spanish to 2 of the housekeepers. After comfirming my reservation, contacted the Motel to double check on special request. Did not receive my special request, though I contacted them. Room seemed clean at first glance, but dried on food on side of furniture, Heater/Air Conditioner did not work, water in shower & sink never warmed up past luke warm. Very disappointed in the condition since I have stayed there previously about seven months ago.

The front desk was not courteous to us while we waited to be recognized. They did not offer any directions or information, did not offer receipt, and the rooms that we reserved did not have the items in them that were requested. It seemed that they had no training in hospitality services and dealing with public.
