It was so-so. I probably would not stay at this hotel again. It was noisy, and with the room being on ground level and right next to the street, I heard car noise frequently. I could also hear tv's and voices from other rooms through the walls quite readily.

This property was kept very clean as far as I could tell. It was quite confusing to be certain if I was or was not double charged for the short amount of time I did actually visit for .I paid for most of my days via hotels.com yet was asked often to pay at the desk. Otherwise this was a pretty decent motel. The employees were quite nice!!! Very considerate and willing to help,happily. I would recommend this location and would stay again if need be. Thank you!!!

I used points so fir the $12 i paid it was fine. Sketchy though. Woman doing drugs (or so it seemed) crouched behind the upstairs hallway wall, and thete was sime kind of hatch in the ceiling outlined by light above which was weird because i was on the top floor. That nafe me nervous but in the end my stay was entirely uneventful.

It was like grand central station until about 2am. Someone always In parking lot talking. Other occupants playing music loud until 5 am. Comforters were dirty. It was i no on smoking room but smelled of smoke.

Great for the budget, but expect to get what you pay for. Cigarette burn holes in the coverlet, not especially the cleanest. Adequate, though the service was pretty good and the staff was friendly. We loved the black bear diner in the same the parking lot. Convenient location for good restaurants we don’t have where we live, Red Lobster and Olive Garden. Pet friendly was a plus. Some guests seemed a little sketchy.

There were 3 or 4 people/one room partying a few doors down that went in and out of their room, could hear their noisy van engine 4 or 5 times during the nite.

The desk clerk seemed a bit unfriendly at Scheck in. The room phone took FIVE attempts over a half hour to reach the front desk to ask for the internet password. However the clerk was quite friendly when I finally got thru.

I thought the room said hot water and refrigerator. It had neither and all of the drawers were removed from the furniture. There was not a single closing drawer in the entire room. Very strange and stark.

I felt the room smelled really bad, and there was too much noise. Felt afraid to leave my stuff in my room while out doing business, so, had to tote my stuff everywhere. Felt as though my safety was also in jeopardy.

It was a nice hotel but the people that were lingering near the hotel room door ways was an issue. Maybe have an attendant or employee from the facility walk the perimeter.

The room was clean and as expected sparse. I did not expect that there was not a hair dryer and shampoo/conditioner, but I should have looked at the description better. The reason I am giving this a bad review is the bed. Both my husband and I woke up with aching backs. My husband said that it was too soft, and he rolled to the middle. When I laid down, it was fine and then in the morning I could wait to get up. If you stay here, remember to take Motrin.

I'm doing a road trip with my husband and my puppy, and as we usually do on these, we are staying on motel 6 every time we need to take a break from driving. On the way up with slept in the one at Redding. That one was fine. Then we stayed a week in the one in Portland north, that one was great. Now, on the way back we have stopped in the one at Rohnert Park and it is terrible. The check in was great. The guy at the front desk was very professional and helpful. It was past 11pm and we were tired from driving, but he was very helpful. The we got to the room. The whole building is in terrible conditions, with exposed wood that looks like it compromises the structure of the building. The room was nasty, we found used underwear in the bathroom. There were a lot of flies in the room and everything looked grimy. Everything but the bed looked tattered, old and dirty. We went to sleep out of exhaustion and we are getting the hell out first thing in the morning without even showing. That's how disgusting the room was.

Before we walked in, the door was left open and cleaning supplies were still left in the room. The toilet would not stop running and the whole room smelt like mold and urine.
