Property showed a lot of wear. Not a great neighborhood. Several things in the room didn't work (no plug for the tub, AC functional but noisy...). There are other Motel 6s in Austin, the one at Airport North is MUCH nicer

Some stranger tried to get into my room
The entrance door did not close all the way, had to barricade door with a chair
U settling that there was a door connecting the room next door

I found this property to be unsafe (one room had no night latch on). there were people hanging out in pickup trucks blasting music in the parking lot, and being noisy. I also noticed one of the towels was dirty. On Sunday night I was unable to sleep because there were two dogs in the unit above mine that were barking late into the night (I recorded this). The hotel management was really unhelpful and were even trying to guilt trip me because i did not walk out of my room at 2 am, go to the "front desk" which was locked by the way, there was no one there, and did not tell them about it right there at 2 am. The room smelt like cigarette smoke and humidity. It was overall an awful experience.

Was harassed by another guest calling my room all night. Did not know him. I was visiting from out of town. It made me very uncomfortable that I checked out in the morning. Told staff they did not care

Room had cockroaches which was already gnarly but it was worse the bed was literally broken in half. The tv had no remote. The door doesn’t lock it just can deactivate the key fob but does not deadbolt. Would avoid at all costs in the future.

staff was super kind, but the room was absolutely filthy. the bed was broken, there were roaches, a mysterious puddle by the bed, trash under the bed and stuck to the wall?? again, not blaming the staff as they were very kind and helpful, but we were very unhappy with our room.

I did not like the interaction with the front desk receptionist. I believe she had an attitude regarding my response to rules that did not apply to me and my stay. Furthermore, I came to realize that several of their hotel room was incinerated. That may be the reason for the attitude of the receptionist.

Ceiling light hanging from ceiling. Roaches. Felt all bed springs in my back. It was terrible.

Loud people in the middle of the night can’t let u sleep peacefully.

Floor tiles in bathroom were loose. Heater did not work. Lights flickered. Shower was warm but not hot.

The girl at the front desk was very sweet when we I checked in. The room met super basic need of a place to sleep with a working toilet near the airport. That's pretty much where things end. Sheets and towels were stained and dirty. The shower looked questionable enough to discourage use. Thebiggest issue was that the door to my room wouldn't fully seal when closed. As a result, it sounded like it was being opened every time the wind blew or someone walked by. It didn't feel safe and I was happy to have to catch a early flight out. Unfortunately not a place I'd recommended.

When I arrived at the property, to check in, there was no one at the desk. I waited close to 20 minutes before someone came. When she did come, she was very unfriendly nd unhelpful. Ultimately, she refused to check me in and I had to go somewhere else. I think it was a blessing in disguise, though, because the property felt so unsafe and dirty.

No tv remote and ac didn’t work well, had it set to 68 and it felt more like 76 to 78. Room cleanliness was great.

Staff was poor , floor half cleaned , tv didn’t work , when asked if I could have a remote for the room they didnt have any , stay was uncomfortable, but highly do not recommend

Very uncomfortable, ice vending machine didn’t work, the workers weren’t helpful, and the hot water didn’t work, and lastly the ac didn’t cool the room.

There were small roaches crawling on the floor. The room smelled like cigarettes even thought I booked a Non-Smoking. The parking lot was loud through out the night with yelling people. I had also noticed the smoke detector was not on the wall and many dead bugs in the restroom light cover. And to top it off they had no ice at either machine...For the money spent it was not worth the stay.

Very very basic. Very cramped. No blankets just sheets. Clean but worn. Property condition so so to bad. Nasty area.

Worst experience I've ever had in my life, cockroaches crawling on you while you sleep, bed bugs a.c didn't work. Crack heads banging on your door at all hours of the night asking for drugs...staff was horrible and fighting with street walkers, I will never be coming here again. They need to shut this place down it's a safety hazard. Needles and pipes under bed.....I'm discusted

The property was easy access to the hi-way but that's about the only good thing. We got a non smoking room but as soon as we walked in it the stench hit us like a ton of bricks. It was like every surface in the room was absorbed by cigarettes smoke and mildew stench. I had to buy Febreze but that still didn't help at all. The floors were sticky and there was no cover on the outlet which is a fire hazard. There was a burned up room in the back that was boarded up. The bed was supposed to be a queen but it looked like a full, there was also no comforter just 2 sheets. I would definitely not recommend.

By far the worst motel I’ve seen. Staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. The lady who was checking us in was on a phone and didn’t even make eye contact. The room was horrible, the bed looked like the room was used by the hour primarily . We left the motel and booked a different stay.

Not much to be expected of this location besides its proximity to downtown Austin. First thing I noticed upon entering the room was the floor either it was very dirty or covered in soap (I did not take my shoes off while I was inside). There was some pink stuff on the sink counter and black stains inside the sink and a little baggie with some sort of (illicit?) substance inside and the sink and bath only ran hot water. There was a roach in the bathroom but luckily no bedbugs. The refrigerator was full of mold as it was left unplugged and leaking on the floor.

The pictures are very misleading. This place is in a bad neighborhood and not safe at night. The tv was broken and the shower was just strange. Felt like an RV shower.

Place was way overpriced for what you got. Room was dirty with hairs everywhere, tv didn’t work. Smelled like smoke. Noise everywhere throughout the night and morning.
