Little run down, not as expected, clean enough but could have been cleaner - bed not overly comfortable - ok for a night or two.

We were staying just one night prior to my surgery. It was perfect for that limited stay. The location was great.
(Three blocks from Dell Seton) The bed was comfortable,the shower worked, and service was friendly.

This is my first time ever leaving a review as my experience was so negative. Two different people came to my door pounding on it, and I mean pounding very loudly and aggressively like it was the police or something… One man did not speak English and told me 1 PM check out would be acceptable after I asked. The next guy showed up with a disgusting attitude, and after pounding on the door with brute, force told me with the rudest tone that I was wrong and that he is the only person/authority that mattered on staff at the hotel. I understand that this is a Super 8 Motel and you get what you pay for, but a little decency and bedside manner so to speak would’ve gone a really long way after the incredibly disturbing door pounding wake up call that I received twice in a row. I stay in hotels several times a month all over the world from one star to five star and I have never been met with such rudeness or lack of any hospitality. I would avoid this place and all costs even though it is cheap and “gets the job done.”

Very dated property. Our room stank like skunkweed from another unit all night. If you just want to sleep, this will do but don't expect a lot.

I know Sxsw was in town but it was still was extremely overpriced for the condition of the hotel. It was clean but the facility is old and tired.

Location is great but it’s an older hotel that definitely needs so attention to the building, at check in the rep was not that friendly

It’s an older Super 8 but they’re putting efforts in it to keep it clean and better than average. Ram was very polite & helpful at the front desk.

So... In some reviews you wonder whether the reviewer was being a little too critical. This isn't the case. We felt obligated to leave our luggage in the car. If you have absolutely no options, close your eyes and stay a night. Otherwise it might be better to bulldoze this hotel and start over. We didn't have a option of choosing 1/4 star ⭐.

Beds were OK. Bathroom was horrible. Mold, fixtures falling off, a/c noisy and smelly. Lock was finicky. Overall run-down. Won't stay again.

This Hotel overall is below average. I stayed there for 4 nights, and they didn't give fresh towels or make up the room until the 3 day, and after asking them to do it twice.
Two of the nights there were loud parties going on after 2 am.

Traffic noise wasn't nice and it was tatty, however, we were moved to a different room when the window wouldn't shut and our second room was much better. Breakfast was good but they kept running out of items.

The front desk staff was really helpful, i do not recall his name, but his last name was also Gutierrez. He informed me of all the current activities occuring in the area and gave me suggestions on where to dine when i asked about a particulular cuisine

My overall stay here was peaceful. Property looks extremely dated outside but is in good condition and shape inside. Clean comfortable rooms. However; the front desk lady in the morning comes off a bit forceful and non understanding. But the front desk guy in the evening has a wey better attitude. I recommend this place but I recommend you check in at night if you don’t want to be handled rudely.

Had been staying there on and off for work they charged me 100 dollars on my last visit for “smoking” in the room. Mind you I had stayed there on 4 other occasions with out incident and can clearly be seen going to my vehicle to smoke several times throughout the evening in question. They stole my money

Very nice, clean, roomy, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Located near my appointment. Breakfast was good too: cereal, fruit, yogurt, and coffee.

Hotel front desk barely spoke English. Was very old, run down, rusty, and lights falling off the wall, literally in the middle of the night!

The older man who checked us out was terribly rude. He refused to check the room as we returned the card keys.
He blamed because we purchased our stay with Expedia and not directly through Super 8

The property is in very poor shape. The room was size of a closet and smelled terrible.

it was hard to see the place no lights on sign. went around the block 2 times to find drive. it was night so lights should have been on or brighter. the staff was good and friendly. our room was near pool and pool noise all night long

Properly was fine. Average. Just don’t like bare floors. Need carpeted floors. And the beds are way too hard. I have back problems and neck problems and basically I’m always in pain 24/7. So softer beds is what’s needed. Hard beds are not good at all and can’t sleep with hard beds. They need at least with pillow top beds or at least just softer beds at the most medium soft.

Decent place for the price. didn’t go in expecting a 5 star hotel. just needed a place for 2 nights to sleep & shower. looks a little rough from outside but room was decent aside from the shower curtain rod coming out of wall, so curtain wouldn’t close fully. room was dark & quiet for sleep. good shower pressure & temp. morning breakfast was lacking but the convenient location just outside downtown & next to the highway, so it was good for us.
