The heater in the room doesn't work well, you're either tropical location hot or freezing there's no in between. Not enough electrical outlets. The TV in the room had pixel damage.

The room was affordable, clean, but we did get a strong cigarette smell in the room. The owner was very nice and welcoming. The people allowed to stay there are sketchy and drunks. Drunk hits a truck and the cops were called to take him in a dui unit van. Saw a homeless guy hanging out in one of the stair rails.

Folks this is a Motel 6, its not the Hilton so don't judge it that way. The staff are very friendly and where accommodating when one of the room's my group had rented had a broken door lock and changed rooms easily despite a busy event weekend. You have some fair choices for food and coffee in the area all an easy walk and traffic in and out isn't bad nor is the location hard to find but you can accidently pass the driveway before you realize it. Rooms are basic, and while I found the mattress in my room a bit firm for my liking, doesn't mean you will have an issue. If you need a place to store your travel kit for the day and place to call it a night with out breaking the bank, then this place works fine. If your expecting room service, and a mint on your bedding, go elsewhere.

it was listed a non smoking room yet soon as we opened the door it smelt like a bar , all the rooms in town where full so could not leave , the two queen beds where against the walls with i night stand crammed in the middle , the toilet was dirty ,

Well, to start...no electrical inlets to charge our phones. Unsafe wi-fi; ...I guess I expected too much from a 3 star motel...:--(

The room absolutely stunk of cigarettes. My husband is a smoker (outside only) and even he was gagging on the stench. We had to buy car air fresheners and put them in the a/c vent to be able to breathe. I get it was a smoking room but dang, open a window and spray some fabreeze once in a while. Other than that, the staff was very nice, and accommodating. We felt safe. The room was clean and it served its purpose.

Nice place for a one night stay. Within walking distance to Whiskey Row which has plenty of restaurants and bars. Room was standard size, bathroom was large and clean.

Upon arriving on Thursday into room, the whole floor was sticky, ONLY had 1 bath towel,and 1 hand towel. I called 8 times to front office, NO ANSWER. So, walked to office, told my findings, she did give 1 of the towels. NO, one came to mop nasty floor. Day two, still NO one came to mop floor, even after letting office know, Stayed 3 days, and after 5 times to get floor mopped, NO ONE EVER CAME TO MOP. WHY ????? Next, to many guests walking around, or standing in front of room talking into night late hours, or super early a.m. 5ish in morning....why ???? Pills of towels laying around the pool, NASTY trash laying on property, and large trash cans FULL FOR TWO DAYS....nasty, nasty.

The staff was rude and not helpful especially the manager. The check in process was a nightmare and I was not explained everything up front and the date got changed on my reservation by the staff so the checkout time changed and I had no idea. Then was given a room that already had guests staying in there. Then to get a call the next morning from the manager saying she will call the cops if we didn’t check out right then. It was a horrible experience for no reason and to be treated that was when I was not explained all the details was uncalled for. I didn’t cause any problems while I was there and if I had known the details I would have never paid $112 to stay at a place like that for only 7 hours. I wasn’t even given a full days stay there. Definitely would never do this type of booking or stay there again. 👎👎

Arrived around 11 pm. Went to the window to be greeted by a not so friendly person whom looked to be on drugs. She was borderline rude in her communication with me. She got me checked into a room but the door would not open. I went back to the front and she seemed annoyed. She asked me if I was at the right room. She then gave me a new room. All of this seemed to bother her. I got checked I to that room. Upon walking in I noticed the smoke detector had a bag over it and there were yellow stains next to it on the ceiling. The light on the shower didn’t work and the shower dropped all night (loudly). Every time the toilet was flushed it made terribly loud noises in the pipes. The heater didn’t work either. It got chilly at night and I needed to warm up but it did not do anything. However the ac worked well.

Cheyenne, the front office clerk, was exceptional and helpful at getting me squared away. Friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed here for years but it has been on decline. I assumed when I reserved and checked in all rooms were non-smoking. I was not asked at the desk my smoking preference and was given a smoking room. I complained about it in the morning. They said that bookings from third party providers are assigned smoking rooms by default and that if I want to specify a non-smoking I should use the Motel 6 directly. Non-smoking rooms are an industry standard. Also housekeeping freshened up the room at my request and threw away a change of my clothes that I left on the floor. $30 loss.

The reception clerk didn't know what the prices were, or how to work the web check in machine. I was very specific that I needed a first floor room and parking immediately in front of the window of that room but when we got there they did not have any rooms that fit that description at all. If I had known I could have booked a motel where they did have that for about the same price! There were no amenities at all. Not enough towels, no shampoo, no hairdryer etc. The pool was not in operation even though it was hot. Place is a pit!!!

I was there for only one night. Only minor complaints. Check in was slow there was only one clerk. I was in a breezeway where they collected the trash. My room smelled like smoke. There was no shampoo.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. The floors were disgusting. The sink was completely clogged and could not use. There was no refrigerator and the television had limited channels. I went outside to go to my car and there was shirtless man smoking weed next to our room. The people staying next to us stated they had black widow spiders in their room. DO NOT BRING your kids to this motel. The next morning we had empty beer bottles all around our vehicle.

I don't like writing bad reviews but that room was disgusting. Filthy floors in the bathroom, bugs, stained sheets, smoking burns in the blanket. Never never go there.

The staff was great, friendly, and super helpful. We were in town to attend a friend’s wedding and they worked to get us checked in early so we could get ready in time. The room was clean and comfy and was a perfect place to crash after such a good time. Thanks Motel 6 Prescott!

Several things went wrong: 1) my keys didn't work and I had to go back to the office to get them activated, 2) the smoke detector went off (needed battery to be changed), staff couldn't fix it. I appreciated that they gave me another room.

All of 3 people with me smell really bad awful in the double bedroom room and not comfortable smelling! We asked service in lobby but lady worked cashier really bad ethics. We were not happy. Please don’t use that one 6 Motel, 1111 Sheldon in Prescott, AZ.

As soon as we arrived our room *107* it reeked of cigarette smoke. As we are now home our belonging such as clothing makeup brushed bags etc smell horrific. We had to buy sprays to try to help the smell and it did not work.

For a first time visitor it was a bit hard to get to because of the street patrons, but that is not the hotel's fault. The room was bit small with both beds right up against each wall and right next to the heating/air unit. it did hve a refrigerator but no frezer unit but worked ok otherwise. It was clean but does need a bit of tender loving care as it is a bit old. Staff was very nice. Pool definitely needs to be cleaned and refurbrished but I am assuming they will do that as summer approached. .

I stayed there for almost two works working on a job site. Cops there all the time, room was dirty, staff extremely rude. NEVER STAYTHERE!!!

The hotel room was extremely dirty. They never came in for cleaning. I requested this directly and asked for clean towels. The front desk refused. They said due to covid they only clean every 4 days. With Covid, they should clean everyday and sanitize. Very rude, unpleasant and will not stay here again.
