The rooms were old and REALLY need to be upgraded. Thwy had old towels and sheets. When i called the operator it sent you to voice mail. I called 3 times letting them know there was a party going (past midnight) and they did nothing about it.

Hotel could definitely use a good clean. Room smelled pretty badly. Beds were comfy so that was at least good. Good shower pressure. Convienient location but pretty noisy next to the freeway. Grounds could also use a good clean up. Staff was very pleasant.

Paid extra $ for an accessible room and got a 2nd floor room instead. Location is ideal for work. Freeway is right around the corner for east, fast commute. Neighborhood is in a shady place. People in the room next door were yelling fighting all night. Felt unsafe, I believe police were called.

The stay at Motel 6 was good, the manager gave me a quiet room. The only setback was that the toilet didn’t flush, but with one quick call, manager sent a repairman who fixed the problem in 5 minutes. The room showed signs of maybe a fight took place with unfinished repairs. Overall, I would stay there again.

We had low expectations due to some of the comments online. We were glad to learn the negative ones were wrong, at least in our experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The room didn't have the standards the others do, blowdryer, coffee pot, clock, refrigerator or microwave but it served its purpose. We used earplugs as the I-80 is right behind the motel. We slept good, showered and continued our trip. We didn't travel with a pet so we can't comment on the pet area.

the guy was just a little creepy for it being just two girls. the key cards wernt working so the guy instructed one of us come with him to show the room and one get the stuff from the car. and then at night the phone rung but we didnt pick it up. and then he came and knocked on our door telling us he had the key cards now. we didnt want to open the door so we told him it was ok and we dont need them but he didnt walk away until we told him no again.

Horrible service. Threw 1 dirty towel back us after we stayed 4 days without getting them exchanged, saying towel “destroyed” we owe 50$ then proceeded to pocket check us basically saying whatever we have in is is the cost of the towels and refused to give us new towels for the dirty ones we gave them. He only threw back the one little one n kept the rest n didn’t exchange them

The new owners are cleaning it up, and it was a good stay. Just bring ear plugs due to it's right by the freeway. Great place to stay with your dogs.

We showed up 20 minutes prior to check-in time of 3pm, but the manager didn’t know if they had a clean room ready for us or not…he gave us a key and told us to go look. We had reserved a non-smoking deluxe queen room with fridge and microwave, but the scuffed-up room he gave us had neither and smelled strongly like someone had just smoked marijuana in it (all around the property too). We protested and he said he could not refund our money and instead offered us an alternate room with 2 double beds as that was all they had avbl. The TV in the room was advertised as having cable, but there were few channels avbl and it kept losing signal. No coffee maker as advertised. There was also trash all around the property…not very clean at all. Lots of homeless people wandering around nearby. On the positive side, the beds were fairly comfortable, but had thin pillows.

This place has a practice of towing a lot of rental cars. Instead taking your plate number. They depend on you placing and keeping a parking tag in clear view. On the last day of a 6 day stay the tag moved and was not in clear view and my employees rental was taken by a towing company. This happened the morning that he had to leave for the airport for 10am flight. This was a sucky move by motel 6. They probably get a kickback from the towing company. This the first review I have left for a hotel. Do not use these guys.

Dog friendly but dog area was filthy, looked as if it is never cleaned. Motel tenants were sketchy, lots of drug use was very apparent. Could wait to leave as soon as I woke up. Do not stay here!!!!

The hotel was very, very disappointing. Infested with roaches and needles and broken meth pipes everywhere on the property. Not to mention the electric outlets did not work at all. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

The hotel was being renovated so there was a lot of dirt and fresh paint around the doors and windows. The room was mostly clean, the bathtub faucet was hanging halfway off and the bed was comfortable.

Hotel is okay, needs work for sure. It appears as if a 2 year old painted the bathroom, needs another coat or two and the paint was all over ceiling. New Laminate flooring with pretty big gaps in it, probably due to them hiring cheaply to have the work finished. The safety lock on the door was broken, huge gap under the door where the seal was broken. They were painting the outside and put us in a room where the window was covered in plastic. The parking lot is well lit but the area is very scetchy. There was crack heads walking around everywhere asking for money. I was expecting to have my vehicle broken into. This is not a place for children at all! The worst part was the yellow piss stain on the sheets. I will never stay again.

It’s a bit of a fixer upper. I really do think that with a good coat of paint, the room would look nicer. As far as cleanliness, some water damage/stains at the bathroom. But to be honest, there was nothing really bad about the room. It was very clean and the staff were all very nice and very willing to address any and all concerns that I had. Area isn’t really that far from stuff to do but if you want easy commute/walkable distance from a lot of the casinos and attractions than you might be looking at a 10-20 minute drive(which again isn’t that bad). Overall, a really good experience. Just needs a bit more of an update and I think that this place would be great instead of just fine/good(also to the woman who had to put up with the two women who were complaining for a solid half hour, you have the patience of a saint).

As soon as we arrived we had to wait for the staff to find a room for us even though we booked months in advance. We then were given a smoking room that was still dirty with full trash cans and a front door that clearly showed signs of a previous break in. After staying the night we went to an event and when we came back from the event our card was not working. I went to the office to see what was going on and it had happened to a lot of people staying there. One group even had their stuff removed and the motel moved a different group into their room while they were out. This Motel 6 is the worst place I have ever stayed at and does not look the way that it is advertised on the website.

It's a motel 6. No chair to sit on so bring your own. No hot water for the shower, bring your own shampoo and soap. Rags for towels. Room next door said that they had blood in the bed, but I didn't. All for $200.

Never stayed at a Motel 6 before and this is a good example of why I have avoided them. Room was pungent with cigarette smoke. Even had ash trays in the room. I guess it’s legal to smoke in hotels in NV? (Pro Tip: Febreze heavy duty does a great job of neutralizing cigarette odors.) Beds were old and uncomfortable. Cigarette burns in the comforter. Hot water was more like lukewarm water. Also the second day room service did not leave any bath towels in the room. It took three separate trips to the office before they were able to get the towels. Key cards had to be reprogrammed every day. The only reason I booked is because nothing else was in my price range. I wasn’t expecting much given the general reputation of Motel 6’s. But I really hoped it would be better than it was. Pluses included courteous staff, great breakfast place across the street (Jim’s Cafe), and well lit parking lot.
