Our stay was great. The man who was working front desk noticed that we were very tired and gave us a room where it would be quiet and gave us a great rate. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The housekeeper was helpful and had no problem giving us extra towels and pillows. She was friendly and helpful. The rooms have been upgraded and are much nicer than before. The only negative thing is that the hardwood floor in the room did not look like they had mopped it. Otherwise this was a great place to stay. I will definitely stay here again

crack heads down stairs were blasting Rap music at 3 am and there was an actual prostitute walking through the parking lot. but the sheets were clean

I arrived to check in 1am Christmas Eve, I hag already prepaid there was a lot on the window from the front desk employee stating the would be right back… called Rand bell for over 2 hours no one ever came up front help, had to get a room at another hotel.

If you don't need housekeeping they threaten to kick you out if you don't let them in to clean your room. Weather it needs it or not. Very invasive. No privacy.

Very bad place ! The area is surrounded by homeless. The walk around the hotel. Lot of noise during the night. The door of the room let all bugs around come in. Don't go there

As surprising as the location and fellow patrons were, the room was very clean and comfortable. Forgot about the no coffee pot at these locations and the light coming through the window from the bright light outside seemed to make it daytime all night, it wasn't a terrible stay. Good water pressure and acceptable for this price of a hotel. Sometimes you need this for a quick sleep.

I didnt like getting hit with a hundred dollar security deposit when checking in and was not able to get checked out for a receipt ,had to verify charges using bank services

The only good thing was the location in proximity to the event that I was attending. This was in my opinion the worst place I've stayed. Trash everywhere outside, noisy from people coming and going at all hours of day and night (doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what was going on). I do not recommend this place to anyone

We knew not to expect top quality service but this establishment's 2 star rating is legit and set the stage for comical memories. The bathtub drain guard was missing, so it seemed appropriate to stuff a face towel in the drain instead since they couldn't locate the device. It's always fun to outsmart a tortoise rate of speed in service, so we just air dried after our shower on the second of our 2-day stay. With all that being said, we navigated our way past the neighboring encampment of the unhoused and enjoyed 2 peaceful, slumber-filled nights and felt quite safe on the well lit property. Perfect way to store our belongings and rest between 3 fantastic days in Napa! Oh, and please say hello to our little friend Ricky the Dancing Roach! He's a little shy, and likes to hide in the air conditioning unit. I guess it's cooler in there. Anywho, I highly recommend this property if you're looking for a super affordable, restful and comical stay. Be well!

Overall the room was clean, but i dont like how people smoke by the open room windows.. they should only be allowed to smoke in the parking lot, because some people have kids in their room. I had my 2 yr old son with me. Also i dont like how there was no one available to plug the toilet, someone before me left a nasty mess in the bathroom toilet, besides a bunch of toilet paper, they put a plastic bag in the toilet.. i had to call the office to send for a plunger and clean it up myself, had to grab the plastic bag out with my hand with another bag..And i did it because i jus checked into the last down stairs room, and didnt want to change to an up stairs room, because i had my son with me.

Arrived and had to wait for clerk to return to office, dropped my things off and left to hang with family. Returned at night to find hundreds of dead and dying bugs all along the entrance wall. I know this kind of bug doesn't bite and they didn't travel more than a foot inside, but still. I used a wet towel to swipe them over and reported it. No one came to clean until my last night. When I checked out they said they only clean 2 nights. Outside lights are so bright that it feels like daylight all night even with drape closed. Didn't sleep whole trip. Wasn't worth the savings

One of the horrible hotels amidst homeless encampment. Terrible front desk. This is not a case of you get what you pay for. I think I paid more than what it deserves.

I tried to give an honest review but you don't want to hear about it. I just won't ever rent from Motel 6 ever again. It was my second horrible experience with Motel 6!. You have really slipped! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Room was nasty. Bathroom was not clean at all. Shower looked like someone shaved and room service did not clean. Bad area and was not able to sleep room nearby had music blasting all night. By far worst place I’ve stayed at.

The bed is not bad,shower is broken under the tub. Room very small. Small TV. Gap in the door is large. Its not the worst room just small and old out dated. Staff is here they are laid back and free coffee in the morning.

The room was clean, the staff were pleasant, the wifi was good, and the price was competitive. Only negatives were noise from the highway, bright outdoor lighting that the shades don't completely block, and the chair in my room was broken (missing screws to attach seat to frame)

Did not like cold shower, even let water run for few minutes no improvement. Light by bed did not work. Plugs by sink did not work. Moved to a different plug and it work fine. Overall a disappointing stay.

I saw cockroaches in my room, the floor was extremely dirty, the tv did not work, the door wasn't sealed all the way so it was extremely noisy from the traffic outside.
