Staff was rude especially the receptionist to myself and others. Room smelled like mold, breakfast a was not great the place was out dated and you can hear every noise from outside and other rooms.

Reception is completely enclosed, indicating that this is not a safe place to stay. The Hotel desperately requires updating. No real food provided for breakfast, i chose this place on information provided, i.e. photographs showing bread, bagels, and cooked food but our only choice was yogurt, fruit and cornflakes, which is pretty useless if you have a dairy alergy with no alternative milk provided. To add insult to injury, my wife’s milk intolerance was discussed by email with the hotel before we arrived. I’m sorry to say that this is deceptive practice at the very least. We politely raised the issue with reception, and the lady was clearly uncomfortable, promising to forward our concerns to management. We checked out on good terms with the receptionist and made our own arrangements for breakfast, but truly there are better hotels in the area who do serve breakfast (don’t believe what you see on old photographs)

$200 deposit at check in. Most other motels charge $100. In room, fan does not come on after repeated pushing down fan button at control panel. No a/c control mechanism visible to naked eyes. Access to room only through lobby. Advertised breakfast didn’t include bread, bagel, danish or muffins which most other motels that advertised breakfast included.

The overall cleanliness was lacking. It could have used a good vacuuming. Lots of pieces of paper and leaves and debris in the hallways. It was distracting due to the amount. Our room was clean as was the bathroom. The breakfast was lacking in that there was no syrup, no milk and limited fruit. But the woman that checked us in was very nice and had paid attention to our room request. We stay here at 1 or 2 times a year for 4 or 5 days each and will continue to make it our choice in the Vallejo area. The area is getting worse every year, but that isn't their fault. A van was stolen from the parking lot the last night we were there.

this is literally the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had while being a pest at this property. My car gives a sticker on it to be towed away even though I pay for every day my room does not get cleaned every day and afterwards, I cannot stay here because the room is trash due to them lack of cleaning it and the built-up from that and when I asked to speak to a manager or the owner they threatened to call the police on me. The worst experience I’ve ever had cars are constantly getting broken into over here. The breakfast is horrible. Literally only two options.

The service first off when I ask where my room she said to use the stairs. I’m new what stairs. Didn’t ask if I needed luggage rack. My room smelled like weed. In the sheets. Small round pillows really uncomfortable. Breakfast was cold cereal and coffee and orange juice. When I was taken my bags full two workers didn’t ask to help or get a cart. Had two trips. Worst service

Room is clean and spacious, front desk staff are friendly. Plenty parking, well lit. Continental breakfast not good, 2 choices of cereal, waffle and coffee taste like water. My room on 2nd floor is quiet, I slept well. Dining room messy, not maintained for at least 2 days I was there. Food scattered on counter top and tables not cleaned.

A terrible experience!! Horrible. Someone broke our car window during the night and no one was responsible. And 6 more cars on the same night!!! Terrible service, and no one was responsible in the hotel,and they didn't want to show us the security cameras either. A very insecure place, full of homeless. The girl who was there didn't help us at all, and the manager didn't give us any answer. Of course we won't stay the other night we had paid for and we won't ever be back. I never recommend them!!!

The hotel is nice enough but make sure that you park in plain sight. We stayed on New Year’s Eve and in the morning our car window had been busted out and our vehicle rummaged. The Vallejo PD does not even respond to these things anymore, they have an unmanned phone line that they check “multiple times a week”. Changed the entire mood of our vacation.

Terrible experience at this hotel. I got 2 windows broken in. They didn’t do anything about it . I have to do a police report and nothing got done . They need to have more security at this place I never stayed at this place anymore.

Drug deals in parking lot and abusive adults with young children. Front desk not to accommodating and couldn't leave the breakfast room with the limited breakfast foods that they provided even though the cleanliness of that room was gross and crowded by tables not people.

-- Also if traveling for business with a company card. The name on the reservation must match the name on the credit card AND your ID. If you carry your bosses card with His/Her name on the card they wont allow you to check in and you will still get charged for the room
-- The hotel is maybe 30 years old but well maintained. The furniture is rather dated but in good shape. Seems like they did a re-fresh update on the bathroom and a 54" TV.
-- Breakfast the next day was pretty good considering that it's included in the price.
-- The under window heater / Air Conditioner worked well. With a double room each bed has 4 pillows and I had 4 bath towels.
-- My room had a mini fridge - a small microwave and a 1 cup coffee makers with enough for 3 cups of coffee.

--The beds a very firm! I sleep on my side and had a sore sholders the next day. But im a large man. If you're under 150 lbs or sleep on your back you probably won't notice.
-- This place is SUPER security conscience. The front lobby check in has full glass like at a bank. You cant park far away and enter the door at the end of the hallway or even leave because all the doors are alarmed if you open the door.

The standard waffle maker, three apples in a bin. No hot coco or tea options, no proteins, one flavor of yogurt, etc. it would take little effort to provide a decent fare. Near Six Flags but I wouldn't take my kids here . Nothing about this place vaters to families. Also you must pay a $200 damage deposit to rent. That tells you all you need to know about their usual customers.

Our shower was not working. We were told a maintenance person would be there in 15 minutes. An hour later we checked on the maintenance person and were given a lot of attitude. Two hours later, no one had shown up and we had to check out. Very dissapointing.

This place was just okay. The exterior seemed decent, okay area, literally a 5 minute drive and you're parking at Discovery Kingdom. The rooms were okay, but our room had a must smell and the bathtub base was cracked. I had booked a block of rooms for my family and had to place a $200 deposit per room, so my credit card was charged up! Sad that the hotel has to do that but given the area, it's probably necessary. The morning "continental" breakfast leaves much to desire as there was very little offered. Vallejo suffers from the same consequences as the rest of the Bay Area liberal ideals so it's dirty, lots of homeless and I don't feel safe. Truly sad as we used to really enjoy visiting the area and theme park. All said, it was an okay place to stay.

I booked a room for 2 queen beds, and when we arrived and checked in it was a one king room. Talked to the front desk and they couldn’t figure out why the room was changed. I said it was fine and asked if they could do a discounted rate for the inconvenience. She said she would talk to the manager and they would figure something out. That never happened, and in fact the next morning the new clerk had no notes of any of this. She pretty much said take it up with the manager. Also they charged me $206 for the wrong room and instead of the $200 deposit they charged me a $400 deposit. Very frustrating that I woke up and noticed for one night I was charged $606.00 for the wrong room and no one wanted to help. Still can’t get ahold of the manager…… the ground outside had trash all around, a couple drunk guys posted up over at the parking lot back wall up to no good (while I had to unload my family and our belongings) room smelt like mildew…the beds felt like they were 30 years old and used. Just a very unpleasant stay. I would like a response and a full refund for the inconvenience and unpleasant stay…. Doubt that will happen… I would not recommend for families.

I was pleasantly pleased by this hotel. Being one of the less expensive options I was expecting a run down old hotel with mold in the bathroom, cracked caulk and paint. What we got was a nice clean room, that did not smell of old cigarettes and a bathroom that was clean and well taken care of.

Bedbugs... I went to Vallejo for a business trip. I figured I would try a new hotel. NEVER AGAIN..
I was eaten up by bed bugs. I sent my doctor report to the owner with a request for a refund for the days I was there. I was refunded 1 night, and not even an apology for the physical distress.

They supposed tu clean my room every 3 days, there were 9 days and nobody help me with the cleaning. I only had 2 bath towels for my wife and I for the 9 days
The breakfast is not healthy and is the same everyday.
