Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and nice. I stayed in a downstairs unit near the pool. It was clean and had modern furniture and looked freshly painted with modern colors. I stayed 2 nights Fri and Sat. There was a power outage Friday evening from 9pm to 3:30 am. Nobody from the front desk called or came by to say anything about the power outage. The power outage didnt personally affect me, but I'm sure people with kids or staying with others may have been affected. I looked to see if thete was another power outage planned and thete was supposed to be another outage Saturday night from 11:30pm to 6:30am however, i went to sleep vefore 11:30 so i am unsure if the power outage happened Saturday but I did have power at 6am when I woke up. I believe there should have been warning letting me know there may be power outages so i could choose to stay someplace else. Or there could have been a discount given. Check out was easy I just went to the front desk and turned in my room key. Overall, my stay was good for what I needed and it was clean with friendly staff.

I booked a non smoking room because cigarette smoke gives me allergies and headaches. But this room has been smoked in 100% I couldn't sleep much due to sneezing and coughing.

It was ok they said my room had a fridge not true I stayed in room 134 the bed was small but it was clean so I will be staying there again and Emily was great at the front desk

Great Room! Clean, Quiet. Comfy Bed/Pillows. Loved all the USB ports and bedside lights (most budget hotels dont have these). Please fix the vending machines though.

When I arrived, there was a "be back in 10min" sign out and when they did come back out to change it they walked right out to a car in the parking lot and talked to someone in a car for another while. I had to wait for over 20min to get help. That aside the area surrounding the property was very unsafe with a group of people starting a fire outside at 1am. I would never recommend staying there to anyone

It's kinda hard to find the drive way to it, but other than that it's a good place to stay for a fair price. I did have a small problem though the check in time was 3:00 pm and we arrived a little after that and had to wait for about an hour to get checked in because the room wasn't ready for us. the people were friendly and did try to make our stay a good one.

Terrible location next to a vacant lot and condemned hotel featuring a tent city of homeless folks. In the first five minutes I was in room 230 I found live cockroaches in my room. I provided photo and video of this and I was denied a refund.

Booked to stay one night as a rest stop on a road trip. On arrival we were told there was a no smoking in the room policy (which is always preferred) however, the room contained 2 ash trays and reeked of stale smoke. Bed sheets also had cigarette burns. Bath tub was dirty and unpleasant. The neighbourhood had an unsafe feel to it with several homeless people camped in the adjacent lot though the motel cannot be blamed for this. Overall 2/5 and usefull as a stop over to sleep then leave. Would I stay here again? Unfortunately no.

Cynthia was very friendly and accommodating! I needed to stay an extra night at the last minute and Hector made it fast and easy for my last minute change. This is my go to every time I am in the area I will definitely continue to stay here. I felt safe and the room was immaculate! Clean and just over excellent. Thank you guys for everything!!!

I was impressed with their tv channels, usually motels are limited while that’s all there is to do to relax in a motel so that was very nice. It was clean with hot water for a shower and good shower head. The night I stayed was quiet and it appeared the motel was full.

The room was clean and staff were kind. The outside of the property was dirty and leaving my vehicle in the parking lot felt unsafe due to the homeless camp that was on the other side of the wall. Where I witnessed people transferring items over the wall throughout the day. There was also what looked to be a glass pipe busted on the ground on the hotel grounds.
