I really liked our stay, but the breakfast had mainly white breads and phony fats: phony butter, chemical creamers, They did have real yogurt and little frozen ‘blueberries’? Two easy upgrades, larger servings of real butter and half&half, and some whole-grain toast.

it has been several years since i was at this hotel. i found they have not up graded the bed- since i have had several back treatments, i need a bed that i can sleep on. these are the worst bed on my 10 day trip and 3 different hotels.

This place was nothing like the photos showed. It was rundown, both inside and out. The room was tiny, carpets were old throughout, bathtub chipped, shower head calcified, old furniture. The elevator was stained and marked up inside. Pretty sure there were some unhoused people renting rooms there, and there were definitely some in the parking lot. The room was noisy, especially when someone was staying above us. Oh and the bed was hard as a rock. The breakfast cook acted like everyone was a bother to him. The only positive was the front desk staff. I can’t speak to housekeeping staff since we didn’t use them. But everyone at the front desk was nice. Ultimately, we left a day early, because of feeling uncomfortable there and not being able to sleep well.

Check in was a breeze and Lola at the front desk was lovely and so helpful! Reserved the room for my brother and sister in law who came in for the Thanksgiving holiday and they accommodated all their needs and preferences. I love this hotel! It is always clean and comfortable and enjoyable and the beds and rooms are comfortable! I always book here for family that comes out and even when I want a getaway night or to use the pool in the hot months. I have never been disappointed. Price and comfort are always on point here!

Quiet room, but thin doors. I was able to check in early (a big plus), but my key didn't work the next morning (a big minus). It's hard to move out of the room when you can't get back in to retrieve your stuff (take note, Oxford Suites). Some of the furniture was tired. The coat rack is right next to the sink, and I kept bashing my head against it. My wife found the bed too firm.

This has always been my "go to" hotel. This last stay not so good...another guest, male guest approached me, started a conversation that seemed pretty normal. Then...he started asking me questions that made me feel very unsafe!

Staff was very friendly, wonderful and their breakfast was always very good. And the staff always made us feel important. And on a grading scale of 1 - 10, I would give them a 10!!! Great place. “Thank You” Oxford Inn.

Too much local "culture" for me. Being woken up several times by N word this and N word that from the parking lot made for a horrible experience altogether. Abundance of Homeless in the area and a general feeling of being unsafe. Not sure how this hotel got a 4.8 out of 5 unless ratings like mine just don't get posted. Fortunately the staff was very professional but I will never stay in Lancaster ever again.

I found the suite that we stood in to be a little awkward the living room setting was in the back with the AC and the bedroom was at the front of the room meaning the AC wouldn't quite fit the bed area. I do love Oxford's shampoo body wash and conditioner. They do have a black towel marked makeup for makeup removal which was very cute. There was no remote for the second TV in the bed area. The gentleman for breakfast was very very rude we've been to the Oxford many times but because of covid the breakfast area was usually closed now that we've returned and breakfast was served it was disappointing that the gentleman who served us was very rude to my husband and our guest. Complimentary breakfast is always a plus. Sausages and eggs were delicious but hash brown was hard.
