We stayed for a quick overnight stay. It was clean & great for our family.

Overall room was clean. Would’ve preferred a more structured pillow. Shower had excellent water pressure and was very hot. The only thing is the heater made a noise all night long that sounded like something was dripping and that was disturbing.

The gentleman who checked me in was great! He was kind, attentive and knew his job very well! Appreciated the warm smile while trying to get to our warm room and catch some zzzz’s. Only ding was breakfast was subpar. I have been to a few other SpringHill suites with more variety and more food period. A hour before the breakfast closed, there were no breakfast sandwiches or sausage. Poor woman at the breakfast area was also the airport shuttle driver. All in all stay was still pleasant and we Will be back again! Thank you

Needs better lighting, otherwise the rooms are great!

Love SpringHill. The filter in the room is dirty and needs to be changed. Upon arrival the room was fine but after I turned on the air a bit the room smeels musty. I did tell the front desk so that it can be addressed. We got back to the room too late to think of doing anything ladt night about it. Woke up this morning all stuffed up.

The staff was very friendly from the moment of check-in. The hotel inside and out was very clean. The pool was nice, although during the early evening times its quite blinding with the sun shining in the windows and no blinds. Suite was clean and fairly spacious. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Delicious hot breakfast with many options for all diets. Would definitely stay here again.

We were passing through Portland for a one-night stay, and this was a convenient location, and the rate was reasonable for the area. The rooms are very spacious, with a sitting area and a small kitchenette with full sink, microwave, refrigerator, and small coffee maker. The bathroom was modern and relatively large, with great water pressure. Probably our only complaints were that they didn't provide enough toilet paper, even for a one night stay, and the mattress was quite firm. Considering that it is on the main road to PDX, it was relatively quiet.

Room was clean. The hotel was next to the ESD building and was noisy when students were loading and unloading from buses. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. Flights from PDX go right over the hotel.

Very clean and comfortable. I thought I had left a bracelet behind. I called hotel immediately and asked them to check table in room. Samara was so kind. He immediately check the room. Under the bed and everywhere. I then realized i had packed it the night before. When I called and told him he was most gracious and glad I had found it.

Our room was not cleaned, when we checked in. Elevator was always in use by staff. They seemed not interested in customer service.

The room was clean and roomy. Although close to the airport it was quiet. There was no restaurant available, a little snack room, but we walked across the street to the Shilo and used their restaurant.

There was a lot of variety for breakfast and it was really good.
The room was really clean and accommodating for the 5 of us and our bags, the sofa couch was really comfortable.
Would totally recommend this hotel and next time in Portland we'll be back.

Stayed here because I had an early flight. Very clean and comfortable. Wi-fi was a little sketchy. Shuttle was on time

As usual, every single employee was very friendly and helpful. This was an odd stay in that our A/C unit constantly jumped from 60 to 71 degrees. I had to wake up several times to adjust it. Our refrigerator didn't work at all, which was unfortunate, since we had leftovers from dinner. Finally, breakfast ended at 10am. We went down to eat at 9:20am and there was no breakfast left. Normally this hotel is great. This was an uncharacteristically bad stay.
