i arrived very late in the night but check in was still fast and simple and the person checking me in even had enjoyable small talk instead of that awkward silence. My days I had extended got mixed up a little but it was promptly resolved and without any conflict at all. I live in town and needed to stay due to an open house at our home because we are selling. I honestly never stayed here before but its the only place i will be staying from now on, when i need to stay somewhere local or just feel like staying somewhere besides home.Very pleased

Despite it is surrounded by a lot of homeless spots and in such shady area (Sandt Blvd.) but the hotel itself is well-kept and side by side with decent businesses. Right off of 205 so it’s a great location. Noises aren’t too bad (perhaps because it’s heavy raining?). Staff are all awesome. There’s free breakfast so that’s super helpful and convenient. Bed isn’t too bad, room is clean enough, the hotel is clean and well-kept. I could do better cleaning in the bathroom. But with the price deal I had, I’m very happy with the stay and it deserves a 4.5 stars

Pillows are hard, the restroom smells like pee and noises everywhere. Shuttles dont run till seven am and the front desk is a grumpy lady

Check in took forever. There was a line all the way across the lobby. Two people working frantically and one person talking on the phone nearly the entire time we were in line. Put in for a wake up call and did not get it.

Ladies checkin people worst attitudes kept gettin ugly an rushin people makin comments because they keep front doors locked at all times so ring door bell temperatures was around 16 with windy. She kept gettin mad they need stop and out her hand up raising her voice i cant help you right now Stay back. Slamming people cards an papers on counter she yelled at lady an that lady left. Wife booked the room an her husband came check in she refused him said she needs come in i cant help you mam we have same card nope go get her. My bathroom worst toliet had cob webs behind it n stained all around toliet dirty animal haor seats and woman worked there gave us rooms people already occupied at 8pm. I let manager know he was upset and apologize but if rooms dirty means management aint watchin or Checkin there maides work or makin sure rooms inspected when they done cleanin. I work at resort so i understand.

I could not like anything because on arrival they could not check us in because their system was down, so we were stranded in the middle of the night with no hotel, and a very rude reception attendant who did not offer any other alternatives.

There was a massive ice storm brewing and i needed to get on a plane so chose a hotel with free shuttle service so i would not have to put anyone in jeopardy driving so far to get me there. The room was large, super clean. The upstairs neighbors were VERY loud at 4am and i almost called them but they finally stopped and i was able to sleep. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed (king) was quite comfy. I was able to get 10 hours of sleep, minus the disco party upstairs, microwave, fridge, dishes, flatware. Jet tub. I would definitely stay again!!

Catalytic converter was stolen from our car while parked in hotel parking lot right next to the building. No security cameras of the area and the staff didn't care. Park overnight there at your own risk, not a good area to feel safe.

Amy and the front desk staff are always amazing. Though the food is not the best, it is good and convenient to eat there. The convenience (next to the airport) and friendliness of the staff, affordability, and cleanliness of the rooms/area make this the best place to stay in Portland area. Thank you once again Pony Soldier for knocking it out of the park. We have been coming here for over 10 years and will keep doing so.

The area around the hotel seems sketchy. The front door to the hotel is locked 24-7. The hotel its self seems clean, comfortable beds, decent rooms. A hige amount of highway traffic noise outside.

I appreciated that the staff was very kind. But the breakfast cook didn't even show up for shift so we didn't get any breakfast as promised and the room could have been cleaner. When I find hair and dirt just sitting on regular counters it tells me it wasn't cleaned.

They told me to go to the wrong rolls and gave me the key to that wrong room and someone with the key tried to come in at 3am. This was literally the sketchyist hotel I have stayed in.

The hotel itself was clean, much nicer than a BW that we recently stayed in Georgia. The surrounding area is sad, obviously an unsafe area. You had to ring a doorbell to get into the lobby to check in. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Shout Out to Amy who helped me redeem my $50 credit. BW needs to get an app so we dont have to print off credits earned to redeem them.

I was double charged and still waiting for the charge to fall off pending status after 6 days now , Good luck trying to get the manager to call back even when you call during her office hours and leaving voice mail that it was urgent .

Fit what we needed. Room smelled musty. Staff acted like they did not want to be there. Shuttle was broken down, so they did get cabs for guests to the airport. Pool was decent.
