We have stayed at this property quite a few times and enjoyed our experiences. We were disappointed when the massage facility was repurposed, which meant that we had to go offsite for massages. Our biggest disappointment has been with management's decision to continue serving meals in the room, which is generally not a good place and without enough space to comfortably enjoy a leisurely breakfast. If they returned to serving breakfast in the main building, we would consider boking another stay.

We've stayed in HMB a lot. First time here. It was a very pleasant experience. Room was top notch. Breakfast was included, brought to your room. The ocean was 30 ft from our balcony. Going back.

Our room was amazing! Unfortunately, the mattress was unsatisfactorily unsupportive. The morning meal was exquisite. I will come back and hope for a better bed next time.

We loved every minute of our stay here. The view was incredible and we enjoyed sleeping to the sound of the ways. We saw both the sunset and the moon set.
The running trail that passes in front of the hotel was great for a morning jog followed by a delicious breakfast in our room.
We loved walking down the street for drinks and seafood as well!

My husband and I always love to go to the Cypress Inn great ocean views, and great breakfast and appetizers in the afternoon always the best hospitality. We love Cypress Inn, and have been going there a lot of years. Our favorite place❤️

My husband and I loved hearing the waves from our room and having the balcony with chairs & table to enjoy the ocean view. The sandy beach is so close and we enjoyed strolling along it watching the dolphins and birds and surfers. The 5pm wine and cheese reception was very enjoyable and apprciated. It was nice to have breakfast, as ordered, served to our room each morning.
The staff is lovely and we thank them for their hospitality and professionalism.

Great value for an oceanfront room. Access to the beach isn’t great. You have to walk a bit and the access to the walking trail is closed due to what looks like a broken bridge. You have to walk a bit on the highway to get to the trail, or take the beach to the trail. Room was very old and could use updating, but it was a nice room for the price and comfortable bed. Oceanfront dining option within walking distance was good. I liked that they had chairs within the rooms facing the deck so you could simply open door and sit inside if you wanted to. Decks were great with good chairs. Tv was big and easy to use. Wi-Fi worked well. Would stay again.

I have traveled enough to be able to compare hotel services. This hotel is top-notch, best of its kind. It is simple a different higher level of attention to detail and customer service. Having free wine and cheese service in the afternoon, along with a real high-quality breakfast served to the room made our stay memorable. Not to mention the great conversation we had with other guests. To say that this place is highly recommended is a serious understatement. On top of it, there is a Peruvian restaurant with two Michelin stars that is adds some serious level of experience to the area.

We loved this place. We stayed in rm#310 with a partial oven view and it was beautiful. The staff greeted us warmly and offered complimentary wine and snacks when we checked in. The view was great and the room was very cozy. We’ll definitely be going back. The breakfast which was included was delivered to our room was delicious!

The Cypress Inn is the perfect get away spot for a couple or solo. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Loved having breakfast brought to room in mornings and option of nice evening reception to meet other guests. We love that the only thing between the Inn and the ocean is a very small road (mostly foot traffic) that takes you directly to the beach access. Plus you walk to the Miramar Beach Restaurant which is Wonderful ! My husband is very picky about his clam chowder and he LOVED their Seafood Chowder... and I too (not a chowder lover) even liked it.

We have been staying at Cypress Inn since 2009 and always enjoy our stay. The staff have always been excellent is caring for all aspects of our visit. We always enjoy the snacks, wine, and breakfast. With the purchase through hotels.com, the price was one of the best.
