Decent property, not far from town center!

Breakfast was fantastic. Place was clean and beds were comfy. Downside…NO elevater (or def would have asked for 1st floor). Frig didnt work and place was full so couldnt switch out. Relaxing hot tub with a glass of wine was not an option due to all the littles. Did enjoy our stay and nice out of the way spot that is close to things.

A totally cute hotel with the greatest outdoor area!! Patio’s around the pool with fireplaces and a sitting area with a fireplace and all while you are on a creek!!

This hotel is most impressive out back where there are 2 pools, a large tv, fire pit and plenty of comfortable chairs and lounges. We had a ground floor room that opened off the parking lot and it was so convenient to move in-just like the old motels!! Breakfast was very good with plenty of selections. Can easily walk to all the shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if coming to Fredericksburg!!

This is the best place to stay in Fredericksburg if you are looking for a location that is close to everything and full of amenities! I have been staying here since I was a child and I still choose to stay here today. During our most recent visit, we watched the NBA playoffs from the hot tub in the evening after dinner and walked to breakfast, shops, and restaurants during the daytime. I cannot express how accommodating and kind the staff is and how much we enjoy every visit with them!

The location can’t be beat, 1 block off of Main Street. The desk was so welcoming and friendly, service was great. The outdoor area was very nice with 2 pools, several fire pits, and lots of seating areas. Overall the room itself was clean, but the carpet could use a shampooing. There was no sink stopper and I almost lost my earring. The shower head was not good, sprayed everywhere and got water all over, found the baseboard behind the door was coming off while mopping up water, no plugs on the nightstands for charging phones. The inn was nice, but not sure it’s worth $250/night. However, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Room was smaller than we are used to. Lots of high school kids were there. Had some loud neighbors. Comfortable beds. Great shower! Good breakfast.

One of the best motel stays we have had in a long time. Courteous and helpful from the moment we stepped in the door.

Check in went quickly, but our two rooms were in two different pods of the hotel. We had just driven for 18 hours to get there and the lady in front was very pleasant to work with. Some features of the building and in the rooms were slightly dated, but very clean. The pool and hot tub were spectacular. Breakfast was standard, well stocked, and filling. I loved the coffee.

Wonderful accommodations! Large rooms, right off the pool area. Outside Firepit, fireplace, TV, two pools, one heated with slide and heated spa, and Pool house community room. Many outside sitting areas and lawn to creek. Great heated breakfast, with different options each day. Worth the price!

Lovely stay---outdoor firepit and fireplace. nice ground and room. Able to walk to downtown. Plenty of parking. helpful staff. Pool and hot tub.
Was disappointed in breakfast as it was the same one we had eaten in two chain hotels. Would have liked a home,made muffin or homemade coffee cake.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Grounds were lovely and well maintained. Pool and jacuzzi great. Breakfast was wonderful and location was great. One block from Main Street shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Wonderful facilities. The swimming pools, hot tub/spa, fire pits and gathering places were really nice. Bed was very comfortable and the room HVAC was very responsive and fast. Breakfast was very good as well. We really enjoyed our visit.

Very lovely older motel. Pool areas are so pretty. Breakfast with real bacon and eggs! Centrally located. Staff was lovely. We would stay there again!

The pool / hot tub was busy and a great wood fireplace by the pool. Great piece of land and walkable to Main Street. Breakfast was good but crowded.

The hotel was in a great location in relation to downtown Fredericksburg. However, the room was tired & dirty, particularly the bathroom, & the noise from the pool area was a constant in our room until pool hours concluded.

The hotel personnel was great. The view was amazing, walk to Main street 3 min.
The only downside is that their bedding and towels are very old and a bit stained. If you are planning to use the sofa bed take your own bedding and blanket.

This hotel is a little pricey for the condition. The hotel maintenance needs a lot of attention. The breakfast was a great variety. The younger girl at check-in was very friendly.

The only thing I wish they had were black out curtains and a bit thicker walls. We had kids next door and we could hear everything late into the night.
The room was very comfortable and mattress provided a good night's sleep other than the noise. They also have a wonderful breakfast.

The property was well taken care of and clean. The pool, back patio and fire pit next to the creek added so much charm to our already wonderful experience! I loved and am grateful there were gluten free options at the included breakfast. I will most definitely stay here again.

The property is just a block off Main Street and everything you need is very close. H-E-B Grocery Store was close & next to it had a city park that included a skatepark. Wine tour buses will pick you up across the street. It was a smaller hotel that was ideal to enjoy with a spouse and family. One pool was heated with a slide on it, and the hot tub was hot! Swimsuit did smell the following day so I think they need to clean it slightly better. Room was comfortable but could use better sheets & pillows. The pillows were way too small, shaped like a square. But I’d still stay here again. Brook’s Bubble Bar & Velvet Lounge for karaoke was entertaining! Both very close. Breakfast was good but slightly crowded.
