I had an amazing stay at the hotel, the staff was very friendly!!! The room was clean very clean!!!!

The property is very nice and the price was super reasonable. Only complaint I would have is there was no outlet cover on the wall. If I had children I would not have wanted to stay in this room. Other than that everything was great!! Staff is awesome.

Great location for our needs. Woodfield mall, lots of restaurants, 10 min from Medieval Times, easy on/off expressway. Room was nice, pool was small but adequate for the kids.

My only disappointment was I was unable get free coffee in the morning for my travel mug. I may have misunderstood the breakfast situation, however. The room, the front desk were all top notch!

The staff was exceedingly friendly and professional. Everyone that we encountered took pride in their work and was dedicated to providing an outstanding experience for us. Especially the front desk and restaurant staff.

Check-in was quick and easy. Hotel room was very clean. Staff was very accommodating. My wife and I Anniversary was the day of our stay and a staff member brought us a bottle of champagne, with wine glasses and a note saying Happy Anniversary which we really appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again the next we are in Schamburg.

Quite, clean and convenient!

The hotel is not near the mall though that is what it advertises. It also does not include complimentary breakfast. A coffee and an egg sandwich cost $21. Seriously? A soulless hotel in a soulless town.

Just what we needed where we needed. Weekend escape to enjoy Medieval Times, IKEA, and a little shopping. Pleasant stay. Will come back, if the fates allow.

The coffee shop closes at 10am if that’s not enough the woman who work at the coffee shop are rude and this isn’t the first experience with the same women at the coffee shop. We stood there before and had issues with the service at the coffee shop. The manager was informed about the situation but he said it’s Marriott’s policy to close the STARBUCKS COFFEE SHOP, at 10am ok then

The first room we were given smelled like cat piss but luckily they had another room for us that just smelled a little musty. It was clean, no bed bugs. Outdated. Favorite part was the starbucks and food area in lobby. They told us there were football players staying there and it sounded like they were playing football in the halls at 12 am on Saturday night.

I only needed to stay to visit family, so didnt really need all the amenities during the day. I did; however, appreciate all the dining options nearby without creating too much noise or traffic.

Prices too high for a suburban property. We are used to paying Chicago prices for drinks and breakfast, etc. but didn’t expect to see such high charges in Schaumburg.

Don’t book through third party ! I got so screwed on a room because Expedia said the room slept 6… it had a king bed and a pull out, where does that sleep 6? But of course they didn’t make it right even after I explained that I even called and spoke to an employee (I believe the name was Claudia?) who confirmed I would have 2 double beds and a pull out. I had 3 adults and 3 children all kids under 8. I already hate traveling and putting everyone in a hotel and this topped it off. They did give us two roll away beds.. they were gross, uncomfortable, and took up the entire room. All in all it ruined the trip no more Expedia and no more courtyard Marriott. I’m a District manager for a pizza place if someone isn’t happy, I give anything to make it right. There was just bland sorrys but I can’t help it is what it is. No your room says it sleeps 6 so it should have 6 places for people to sleep or you should make it right. The roll away beds were not what I paid for. 2/10 experience because of this.

It is a gorgeous facility! It was priced higher than I prefer but quite lovely.

I wasn’t happy with the accommodations. The service the staff provided was amazing, courteous, professional, and very pleasant. I learned a valuable lesson when booking on search engines when making a reservation.
