This hotel needs to update the carpet in the rooms. The squares have huge gaps in them. And the rooms ran too hot as well as the hallways. We used the thermostat to turn them down to cool them off but it didn't happen! Terrible. The people above us were literally stomping on the floor 12:30 AM for at least five minutes!!! I think they intentionally were trying to wake us up! Then it started again at 1:00 AM! The hotel needs to make it's rounds and make sure people aren't being loud. Terrible night sleep!

The staff was super nice, room was clean, they had snack items available for purchase which is convenient, and free breakfast which is rare these days. Things that others might mind would include the rooms are kind of small as far as the bedroom area. On our door we noticed that there was space at the bottom between the frame and door. You could see the light through it from the hallway clear as day. There’s no provided toiletries besides shower gel, shampoo, and a hand soap bar. Oh and they clean super fast so don’t be like us and make the mistake of checking out and going back 10 minutes later to get your food out the fridge from Perrys Steakhouse lol :(

We had a great experience!! The front desk staff was top notch! Super funny, remembered our names, why we were visiting and my son’s birthday. GREAT customer service!! It is super close to everything in the area and very well priced. If we are ever in the area again, we will choose to stay in this hotel.

I didn’t realize it until I arrived, but we stayed here last year! A pleasant surprise! Friendly, helpful staff; spacious, cozy room; delicious breakfast with lots of options; close to all the spots we love to visit in Schaumburg! Wonderful experience!

Well, I stayed on the 3rd floor and heard the noise from the 4th, the room had a weird “pop” noise from time to time at night as if someone was hammering something. The room was clean however I did noted a small whole on a wall and missing edges on the carpet tile. I reserved a room that stated was stacked with snacks and drinks which I payed extra for just to find out that wasn’t true. I had to come down to the lobby and pick 4 items (drink/chips) worth $14. I stayed 2 nights and I have to say the breakfast from the 2nd day tasted like cleaning products. Definitely there won’t be a next time for this hotel, this was a weekend getaway for me and my husband by the way.

The property is very clean and well maintained. The staff was perfect, everyone was very nice. The breakfast options are fantastic. My only issue was that the pool was closed for unknown reasons. Which of course, upset my 5 year old. But, we survived. We will definitely be back. This is the best Chicago area stay we have had!

The staff were great - our front desk guy was friendly and went above and beyond. The breakfast choices were excellent and well stocked, and staff refreshed the food frequently and cleaned off tables as people left. I can’t say enough great things about the folks who work there! The lobby area is very nice, and has an inviting appeal with nice artwork. The pool was out of service, but we didn’t care and weren’t there for that. The room however… just odd. The carpet squares were mismatching (2 separate styles with a center and a border that looked unfinished), and they weren’t aligned correctly, so there were gaps in the carpet that showed the concrete below. The temperature control for the room was hard to understand so we couldn’t get a good temp. The air was super dry, and there was a constant humming sound. The bed just wasn’t very comfortable so neither of us slept well. Overall, the room was just weird and dated. It needs some refreshing to match the lobby!!

Stay was great - super clean - convenient location (was going to a concert at Union Center abt 30 mins away) everyone was very nice. Pool is out of service 'until further notice' tho - so if you're looking for a pool, best to call ahead.

This hotel is modern and clean and located in a wonderful spot - near shopping and dining. The employees were all so friendly - especially the front desk staff. Special shout out to Jabori who checked me in. He was so warm and friendly and greeted me with a big smile. Great start to my stay. I will definiely stay again next time I am in town.

Very disappointed that the pool had been shut down by the state. We specifically chosen to stay at a hotel to go swimming, so it basically didn't meet our entire criteria for going. They say the pool should be repaired soon.

I’ve stayed here several times. In fact, it has been my first choice the last three years. Something g has changed. Breakfast was not as healthy and heated items were Luke warm both mornings. The elevators were terribly slow, the swimming g pool was closed for repairs and the ice maker on my floor had an out of order sign on it. Intended room, thi gs were ok, but the desk surface was sticky from not being cleaned. And, logging onto the Wi-Fi was problematic with error messages and disruptions. Perhaps these are small inconveniences, but it raises concern about safety, security, systems.

This is a nice hotel. Good food in the dining area. Clean rooms.

I like the neatness

This hotel can use a refresh. There was strange stains on the walls, a gap in the corner ceiling of our room that made us suspect a small camera. The shower floor was starting to crack. NO SMART TV!!! Omg! I came for a staycation and should’ve just stayed in my bed or paid to stay in the city. The TV was not only small but legit not a smart tv! Like it’s 2023! These tvs are on sale all year long! The bed was on the firm side which was ok but the way my back felt in the middle of the night? I was ready to check out early! I’ve typically gone to the Hampton Inn because it’s middle of the road. But this one definitely needs some updating.

Location, nice rooms and friendly staff

They don't hire grumpy people or they train their staff right. Everyone working there was friendly and courteous. Very clean facilities too.

Checkin was a little slow.. but very nice property.

My family and I came for my graduation. The hotel was really nice and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and nice as well. We'd stay here again if in the area.

Pro: Secluded property, clean room, and plenty of towels Con: In our room, we had some issues with the outlets by the bed to charge our phones.

The pool is very small. There was a family reunion and it left no time avail for other guest. Room was tiny. 2 queen beds and abt 4 feet in-between. Family of 4 and they had 2 towels and half roll of toilet paper in the room.

Hilton now wants to charge you for wifi in tiers - what? Who does that? In 2023? You can get free wifi at McDonald's... I am guessing because of that bizarre & terrible decision (this hotel already costs more than others of the same quality anyway), the "regular" wifi doesn't even work well at all. We stayed 4 days and at no point could the wifi connect consistently or have any signal on both of our mobile devices. I will report it worked alright on the laptop after we moved rooms. But anything on the edge of the building is toast, including the top floor and the sides, & when we couldn't connect at all on anything in the first room (top floor corner room) they had us call some service center when obviously the problem is crappy routers or signal, which some far off phone bank can't do jack about. So that was a waste of our time & showed either disregard for the issue or complete lack of understanding of how wifi works. Also at 5AM one morning an alarm started going off somewhere in the building. After over 10 mins of waiting for someone to do something about it, we called the front desk. After another 10 mins of waiting, they shut the power off and on to fix it. Definitely wouldn't stay here again for the price, considering all the options in Schaumburg. What is with Hilton wanting to nickel and dime their guests? Pay for breakfast at the Garden Inn, pay for wifi at the Hampton Inn. It's really stupid when everyone can get this stuff for free everywhere else.

The hotel was modern, looked nice and clean, and location was excellent. My complaints was that the pool was very small. No hot tub. Not many chairs in the pool area, and the floor was incredibly wet and dirty. I was constantly afraid my young children were going to slip and fall. In our room, there was no curtain to cover the window. There were curtains, but no came across over the window. So we had to have them open all night - again not great especially with young children. The air conditioner made a loud annoying noise every time it kicked on. The hotel breakfast was very average. For these reasons, I would not stay again.
