It’s self checkin ( no receptionist) and they sent us the wrong room number. No elevator so we walked up 3 flights with our bags and the code didn’t work. Called and we had to go back down and up another set of 3 flights on the other side. Know your exact number and confirm. Confirm which stair case.
Otherwise it was clean and affordable. It’s an old building so you hear the people upstairs walking

The room was clean, comfortable. The hotel is authentic and fits in with the area, and within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping.

The property was great. It was my first time staying in a hotel without staff. The check in was easy peasy. My only issue was that it was freezing in our room. By the time we got back for the evening, reception was closed so there was nothing et could do about it.

Beautiful room and setting near everything in Old Quebec

This property had lovely rooms with all the necessary amenities but unfortunately was missing the most important amenity of all--a real person to talk to. I wasn't aware this was a self-check-in property until a few days before my arrival. It creates a completely different and very unwelcoming experience. The reception and sitting area always felt cold and lonely.

We enjoyed our stay Hotel Le Clos Saint Louis. The hotel is very charming and is located in 2 homes built in the 1800’s. Our room was romantic and charming.
There is no staff on site and they will text you with the codes to get into the hotel and your room.
The heating is an issue. Because of the age of the hotel, rooms are heated by radiators and can not be controlled by individual rooms. It wasn’t to much of a problem but for us the room sometimes felt overheated.

Charming hotel in a great location. Many great restaurants on the same street. Loved the common area on the ground floor where we enjoyed playing cards between the outings. Would love to come again !

The hotel is very charming,quiet and right where you want to be within walking walking distance to all the restaurants and shops.It took me a bit to get used to the self check in and no one at the loby, but every time i need assistance they were there for me.Would recommend for a couples weekend.

Hotel is beautiful. I had a problem with room temperature but the staff was very apologetic and gave us breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience.
