Quaint motel in great location to RMNP. Bedrooms were clean and staff are very pleasant. The outdoor pool was closed for two days for maintenance which was a bummer. Loved the smores and ping pong table. Breakfast area is too small for number of guests and they need a second waffle maker. Otherwise, would stay again!

My only complaint was for something unavoidable. Because they were replacing the parking lot, the morning we left was like a construction site.

Excellent really with everything ! Outstanding local family operation, nice breakfast, snack, pools, hot tub, clean & great location 10 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. Can walk to restaurants & historic church.
Only thing I could begin to think of is offer recycle containers for feel good help the plant people.
