The place was nice and clean, but it sounded like there was awrestling match on top of us. Both nights i got very little sleep. I called the office to complain and she told me to call back at 800am

The lady at the front desk charged my credit card even though they weren’t supposed to per the website said it was just to hold reservation. When I quest her she said too bad talk to Hotels.com about it. Also the restroom door wouldn’t close because the door frame was off. When I mentioned it she said they were full. Finally the people up above were having a party and were stomping on the floor. I would not stay there again.

Where should I start… There was no handle on one of the drawers, there were two TVs, because one didn’t work, so they just left the nonworking one on the wall… Then there were stains on the art on the wall. The worst of it came when we were sleeping, I heard a knock, and before I could even get up the owner/manager, who obviously had a master card key, opens the door and then realizes we were there! He ran off. Unbelievable!!

Water damage everywhere, disgusting pillows and lack of linens, no amenities of any kind, not even a bar of soap to wash your hands. Just dismal. Go to Motel 6. This is not a hotel. It’s like a dingy motel, at best. It was horrendous.

Property owners run this property for as cheap as they possibly can, so don't expect anything besides the bare minimum. That being said, room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Disappointed that heated pool is advertised but not available -- misrepresentation. Bring your own pillow, the ones in the room aren't great. And bring conditioner for your hair, not provided. Shower made a terrible squeaking noise but water pressure was good. Overall, pleased with my stay. However, not worth the $100 I paid per night. If getting for $50/night, it's worth it.

Very rude front office- tv did not work. Card did not work and when I went back to the front office she scolded me for ringing the bell they have. She called me during thanksgiving dinner time and scolded me for not answering when I arrived- never staying here again.

Dirty linens were outside in plain sight. My keycard was put into a paper card holder that looked reused from the last person. Really off-putting. Aside from that, the room was clean and the property was very quiet. There were some homeless people living across the street at the Jack in the box. Not alot of parking.

There was ample parking and the sheets were clean. However, the shower leaked, and dripped all over the floor, causing a slip hazard. The "clean" washcloth had black stains on it. The wall paper was peeling in the bathroom and the room floor needed to be mopped.

We do not recommend this hotel. It was dirty and the grounds are so warm out and the hotel Was so noisy. You had to check in to the hotel through a window.. they don’t allow you in the lobby. It had a very uncomfortable feeling for me. It was family weekend at cal poly and the Hotels in San Luis were all sold out so there was very few affordable hotel options so we picked this and we we’re disappointed .

Room was dirty dusty and filthy. Poorly maintained, and I noticed that someone definitely walked in our room without our permission. Did not feel comfortable at all! The door had a 1 inch gap from the floor where you can hear other rooms conversations. There were cigarette buds that were flowing in still water that was collecting by the window and ac unit.

Loved the room. Very well maintained and clean. Bed was so comfortable. Perfect place to stay for that romantic getaway. Food options within walking distance and easy to find.

Unfortunately it was not a nice experience to stay at the hotel. It was not clean and very unfriendly staff except the cleaning staff. The sheets and towels were clean but walls etc dirty.

Could use a refresh on the exterior and possibly new bedding, but price was good, convenient to convert at Madonna Inn, easy access to freeway, good breakfast restaurant near by. Property just looks a little dingy on the outside and lobby was closed. Could be a cute property with a little work.

Meh. The host “welcomed” us through a security glass window while we stood outside and didn’t crack a smile or even say as much as a hello. Which kinda’ set the mood for the stay. The long hair on the pillow, broken chair seat, and lumpish mattress didn’t exactly help, either. On the plus side, it was comparatively inexpensive. And, for a Saturday night stay, rather quite quiet, so there’s that, too.

Owners are very rude questioned if I had pets over and over. The room left or socks black the fllor was filthy. The fridge leaked water all over or sweet. I understand that rooms get runned down but I can except the room being as filthy.

The place is filthy. Our room smelled so bad..like it was cleaned with urine. We got there at 11:30pm at night and we already knew that check out is at 11am, the manager just came and opened the door at 11:05am and rusely said we need to get out. It was very rude of him to do that. Our room was so damaged and patched up. The shower had fungus/mildew..i dont recommend this place.

While on my way to the property they called me and told me I had to be there by 10pm, which driving 6 hours I said I couldn’t be sure because traffic, and she said again, by 10pm and hung up. Then got to the property just before 10pm, the gentlemen at the front was very short with us. Got to the room, and we were in shock. I’ve never seen a place so dirty. Cigarette burns on the bedding, fluid stains all over the walls, and the smell….. we didn’t even sleep in the bed, we slept on top of the blankets because they were so gross. Oh, and the mold in the bathroom. We woke up early and left. I can not believe they would allow people to rent rooms so dirty and disgusting. I would avoid at all costs.
