Well positioned and central to everything. Bars, entertainment, restaurants and sea front. very good hotel, friendly and helpful. Super clean with rooms of a very high standard. We had a room with pool view, recommended. very good choice of hotel entertainment. Food was great, something for everyone.

Meticulously maintained inside and is a real credit to the management and staff. Ideal location in the middle of the entertainment area and one of the best venues just across the road. Good food, good prices for most drinks. Tastfully illuminated and decorated throughout. Check-in was very quick and easy. I would recommend a poolside room if possible, not much to look at on the other side! The aircon was very quiet throughout the night where others I've experienced can be quite noisy. There is nothing really negative to say other than my wife didnt really like her pillow. Highly recommended you wont be disappointed.

I have been to Benidorm many time the Ambassador hotel has been the best hotel by far I have stayed in Everything was top class, but if I had to pick the best thing it would be the food. We were half board and the food was fabulous with a great variety of dishes

The staff are amazing and always helpful. Very clean hotel . Lots of lovely food choices. Good entertainment in the evenings.A luxury spa. Easy walking distance to the beach. A nice mix of all ages and a very pleasant atmosphere.

We stayed here for st patricks weekend. We thought we would pay for for an up market hotel and enjoy the spa. However its completely the opposite. Positive: the location if you dont mind the noise from the party people till 6am. We did not travel with children, but a word of warning, its not suitable for children. The negative The room will not be ready for your 3pm checkin as myself plus many guests found out on arrival. We booked a double room and was given a room with 2 single beds bext to the busy stair well and lift. We highlighted we had booked a double an was told thats all thats available Bearing in mind the room was nearly 3 times the price of other hotels its not ideal. Then the rooms are freezing. The temperature is still only 8 to 11oc at night. There is only air conditioning, so the hotel ran out of blankets to give out. We froze most nights. The food is cold although there is a sign and a microwave to allow you to heat your own food up. The restaurant is chaotic and full of drunk people. The reception staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Early departure breakfast consists of 1 apple, 1 orange and 1 small cake, no drink. If you are booking this based on the spa pictures, just be aware its 18 euros for 1 and half hours to use the steam room etc. Which is alot considering the hotel is already expensive. Would i book again.... no Not worth it. Staff rude Beds dangerous on the slidy floors. Reatricted towels.

All the hotel staff regardless of which department they worked in are without doubt a credit to the hotel. Although my wife and myself did not require any particular assistance I witnessed time and again the staff helping guests without any hesitation at all, and with a smile and word of compassion. The directors should be very proud to have such a great team.

Lovely hotel, great choice of buffet breakfast, very clean, just a bit far away from elevator for my wife as she cannot walk too far, because of arthritis.Staff were very friendly.

Perfect location in central Benidorm. Recently refurbished to an excellent condition with facilities and cleanliness to the highest standard. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to the entertainment in the hub of the new town.

The location and food are brilliant. The only negative was, because it was January, the room was pretty cold at night. There was a radiator but it wasn’t on long or heat up the room. The air con unit, which can also heat was faulty so did not give out any warmth. The staff came out twice to look at it but did not fix it. We were provided with an extra blanket

Negative - dining experience 30 minutes into the service preparations for the next meal is taking place. Two hot buffets but one closes within 30 minutes. Please when im eating dinner do not lay breakfast tables when there is still an hour and a half of service left. Please do not bring the laundry cart in whikst i am still eating. Concentrate more on clearing plates and resetting tables for existing meal - totally ruined All if our meals especially from 2 disabled guests
