The hotel was fine. Was it the cleanest, no it’s definitely older but it wasn’t anything like what was described in other reviews. The staff was very nice and helpful. Didn’t have any issues with other guests. Breakfast was adequate and the social hour was a nice touch. Pool was great.

Great hotel but understaffed. The clerk at night was great - doing everything - answering phones, housekeeping...

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel room can use some new updates. The wallpaper was peeling in the room. It was dirty under the beds. The sheets in the closet for the sofa bed were dirty.

The costumer service and the room in general were horrible my door wasn’t working they littler put tape on my door so the way the door doesn’t close cause they didn’t have any way to open it so my family and me have to stay in the room all the time we couldn’t even enjoy the pool or anything cause the door wasn’t worth and the reception wasn’t help me I was in room 205 and was no aceptable to stay in a place like this

We booked to enjoy the pool and BBQ for the 4 of July holiday. The pool was being serviced but we’re promised it would be fixed before our stay was over that never happened. The lady in the breakfast area was rude closing the tray on my hand telling us to hurry and get what we need so the food would stay warm. I usually love it here but I was very disappointed this time. Something has changed and not for the better.

We only stayed 1 night but the room and everything else in the hotel seem very clean. Very convenient to food and shopping as we needed to get dinner and one of our babies bottle nipples had a big rip in it so we needed to get another one. Loved the parking. As I was searching for hotels near adventure aquarium, this hotel hit the 3 things on my list, free parking, a pool, and free breakfast and I was very happy with all three as well.

Polite staff

Great breakfast bar, clean and well-attended by staff with rotating selections each morning. Room was clean and adequate with full-size fridge and stove perfect for families on a budget who want to make some meals at "home." Hotel was surprisingly very quiet considering location near shopping mall and major highways but we specifically requested a room on quietest side of hotel. Nice private, wooded location, screened from busy streets and shopping centers. All staff were great, easy check-in/out. Overall a nice visit.

Loved the room it was so nice and clean. Also had fun with our granddaughter in the heated pool. Great way to relax after a fun day out

The whole reason I chose this hotel was for the pool. The pool was empty and was not operable. Huge dis appointment. When the first picture of the hotel comes up , it’s of the pool.

Breakfast hours and quality was not up to extended stay places. Availability of drinks/ food after hours was poor. Shower and toilets were of the quality of a budget type hotel. Stayed in Homewood suites several times. The quality of stay has dropped considerably. No one was at the desk at checkout.

Front desk staffing are friendly & professional. Property is clean, updated & well maintained. Breakfast options are healthy & delicious. Rooms are clean, quiet & stocked. I definitely recommend this property.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week and wanted to share my experience. While I enjoyed certain aspects of my stay, there were a few issues that prevented me from fully enjoying it. Firstly, my room was located quite far from the lobby, and it was a bit of a walk to get there. However, it's worth noting that there are other rooms in the hotel, so not everyone will experience a far walk like I did. Additionally, while some other reviewers mentioned bad smells in the hotel, I personally did not experience any of those during my stay. I walked through a lot of the hotel due to my room being a far walk, but didn't notice any unpleasant odors. On the negative side, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep, and I woke up with a sore back every morning. This was a significant issue for me, and I wouldn't stay at this hotel again just because of that. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and always available to answer questions. The location of the hotel is also great, with easy access to shopping and food options. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you don't mind a hard bed and a bit of a walk to some rooms. If those things are important to you, then you might want to consider other options. However, if you value a friendly staff, convenient location, and a nice room, this hotel might still be a good choice for you.

The room was beautiful and quiet. The facilities were lovely. Breakfast was a nice selection of fresh items including fresh fruit and omelets. We had an issue with our key after check in and the staff was less than amazing about it.

If the pool is important for you, skip this one. The pool was not heated and the pool room was way too cold. When I questioned the pool temperature with the receptionist, I was told it had been emptied the week before and only heard 3 degrees per hour. The next morning it was still ice cold. I talked to a lady in the elevator that has been staying t the hotel for several weeks, and she told me it has always been cold. Other than that the stay was okay. Breakfast was good, and staff was friendly. The hotel is right next to the highway which was very noisy, at night.

The hallways smell of urine and old cooking grease. There was no handsoap of any kind in the room. Remotes didnt work for either tv. meaning we couldnt change the channel at all. carpets are very clearly dirty and have never been properly cleaned. For a Hilton property i am disgusted, there isnt one thing about this hotel that says safe and comfortable space. Also, the windows open. i have never seen that at a hotel, totally unsafe again. i will NEVER be back. I will opt for Marriott next time.

We were VERY disappointed in this hotel stay. My husband and I stayed here with our two kids (ages 3 and 13.) As soon as you enter the hotel (anywhere except the lobby), you can smell cigarette smoke. Our room also smelled like cigarettes, especially the bathroom, and the hallways and elevators were just as bad. We literally had to go to Target and buy air fresheners to put all over the room. All they could offer us to make up for the smell were Hilton points. One of the back doors to the building is also broken (no latch at all) so the building is constantly open to just anyone who wants to enter. (The building is also behind a shopping center.) The breakfast was also disappointing. Even for a free breakfast, it was very limited and they stopped restocking 45 minutes before it was supposed to end. The temperature in our room was also very warm and stagnant and the thermostat was stuck at 68 even when set lower. We won't be staying here again.

Absolutely horrible. We booked it with Expedia points and it was not worth a dime. The room was filthy and smelled of extreme smoke. They moved us to a first floor room that was only a little better. We were by an exterior door that was broken and not locked. Not safe, not clean and the staff was NOT friendly.

The hotel had a nicely decorated lobby and breakfast area. The gym had plenty of equipment and the indoor pool looked very clean. However, room number 343 had a very hard bed and it didn't seem as large as a regular king bed. There was a lot of road noise from the highway in this room. Ask for a room away from the highway. The room was very spacious with a sitting area and separate bedroom and a small kitchen with a large refrigerator, The breakfast buffet had a large selection of food choices.
