Made reservations in January and had confirmation and receipt from hotels.com but when I went to check in embassy could not find my reservation and were very rude about it.

Beds and pillows super comfortable! Hot shower with great water pressure. The breakfast with cook to order omelette was fantastic. The only thing that was not great was our 4th floor balcony view was of the roof of the lower building. Just don’t build a balcony there. We will stay again though. Hotel is near everything.

We arrived into the lobby and were both in awe of the atmosphere. Our check in process was easy and so pleasant. The front desk staff and kitchen staff all went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I ordered the premier package and I’m so happy I did. The only negative of the property was the small selection of channels and lack of streaming capabilities. It was a nice home away from home.

Really nice hotel, rooms nice and clean. Was a little shocked when I ask for some extra towels at front desk and was told would have to wait on housekeeping to come in, delayed us on getting our day started. And breakfast bar was a disappointment, food unappealing and microwaved to long.

What a treat to spend the night in this hotel. Road trip. We needed a little extra comfort and a resto in the hotel. We got it in spades.

We were there for dance competition in the convention hall. We had to arrive at 8am Saturday morning so by lunch time we are starting to feel exhausted. I inquired as to when our room may be ready. The front desk person was not friendly and quickly told me it wasn’t ready and had no idea when it would be. No smile- no enjoying her job at all. I went back about 45 minutes prior tp check on time and was met with a different front desk person who was absolutely delightful! She was friendly and smiled and tried her best to accommodate us! The room was clean and spacious and completely enjoyed the complimentary breakfast!

Booked this hotel and made a date mistake instantly within 40 seconds was on the chat with hotels.com to see if we could switch it they said they had to get authorization from the hotel so they called the hotel to ask and was told no so I called the hotel to beg to switch the date even if there was a charge and was told no so hotel.com ask them if we could get a refund which they declined . So please don’t make a mistake and within 1 min try and change is or this terrible hotel won’t help you at all .

For some reason the front desk did not want to honor the Hotels.com "price" even as I stood there with the reservation #. It was not terrible working it out but it was defiantly a debate. That being said..... My wife and I had a two day little staycation at two different hotels in 48 hours two weekends ago. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Excellent service regarding staff (4/5), Rooms are ready for a face life (2/5), Comfortable bed (3.85/5). Overpriced regarding bang for buck in my opinion but certainly not by more than $50.00.

Property is nice. Parking is super convenient. Breakfast was amazing! So many options. Staff members were excellent. The rooms are somewhat outdated but they are so spacious, you almost don’t even realize. Overall great stay!

Multiple pubic hair in the shower. Couch had to be 25 years old all cushions were completely compressed. Rooms are VERY out of date. Red and orange carpet and furniture must be 25 years old. All stained and dirty. We had and paid for 7 people in a suite and had 6 towels and staff refused to let us have a couple more for a 2 night stay. For $300 a night would definitely stay somewhere else again

I didn't realize about the evening drinks and reception. That was very very nice. And the breakfast was awesome and top notch. My friend forgot a tooth brush and the online option to request one and have it arrive within 5 minutes was amazing.

We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times before. We’ve never had any problems but this time was very different! This time when we walked in there was a comic con! Definitely not what we ever wanted to take part in. On top of this, we didn’t get the room we reserved! We reserved a 2 queen room and got a king bed bedroom. When we went to ask about changing rooms, they gave us a presidential suite. You’d think nice! But…..the presidential suite was not cleaned! Trash in the trash cans, hoop earrings on the bed, trash on the bed. Needless to say we had to move back to the original room with just 1 king bed and a couch with a bed. The sleeper sofa should’ve NEVER been a thing that hotels offer especially if it sleeps like this one! It was soooo lumpy. Terrible stay!! Asking for my money to be returned after this HORRIFIC experience!!

Excellent location, beautiful building, great food and managers reception is excellent. The rooms were clean. The only two complaints I have is the AC unit was locked out and you couldn’t change the temperature or turn the Fan on. I bought a fan for noise and comfort. The other is the bed and pillows need to be updated or upgraded. Great stay overall. Employees were very nice and helpful.

The overall stay was okay. The breakfast fmin the morning was awesome. When we called for room service it was fast, because our heat in the room was broken they came to fix it pretty quickly. we had stink bugs in the room. They kept coming in, we must have killed about 20 of them. The floor was also dirty and the chairs in the rooms were dirty, they could have been cleaner.

We reserved a suite with four people we had two bath towels, and one washcloth. Took the hotel almost an hour to get us towels and washcloths. Took it upon myself to ask one of the maids for towels and she took clean towels out of a clean room for me. She should be running that place. We like this hotel, because of the spacious rooms/sweets, and the buffet hot breakfast. It is outdated and some serious, TLC.

We waited 40 minutes to check in because the line was so long at the front desk. We were going away for a date night and they put us between two young families with children that screamed and cried ALL night long so we did not get a wink of sleep. We tried to complain to a manager, but again waited over a half hour for someone to show up and just decided to leave because at that point we were so frustrated with the entire experience. We have stayed with Embassy Suites hotels many times before, but this was a nightmare and will not do so again.
