Don’t judge a book by its cover…in the opposite way! Not worth the money.

I loved the convenience of the location. The lobby was very nice and the lady at the front desk the night I checked in was great.

The beds were horrible. They were not connected to the bed frame and any movement left you with a loud noise every time. The back of the bathroom door had something smeared all over it as well. There was absolutely no hot water. I tried the night I checked in after 14 hours of traveling and nothing. I tried the next morning and still no hot water. I had to go to a nearby Planet Fitness to use their showers. When I told the front desk the next morning all she responded with was “I don’t know why you didn’t have hot water. Do you want to speak to our manager tomorrow?” No idea like a hot shower during my stay….

The room met basic needs.

Location is great by the highways and shops. Breakfast is convenient with basic options.

Rooms are dated and need deep cleaning. Our shower faucet leaked, the room smelled stale, there is no service, you have to request everything and come to the lobby to get it.

Would stay at this hotel again. Close to major highways, shopping, restaurants and other hotels.

Hot breakfast was great. We stayed 3 days/nights. Would like to have had more variety in breakfast meats (bacon, corn beef hash)

Expected room to be cleaned when Do Not Disturb tag was not on room door. Didn't like we had to inform the front desk that we needed our room cleaned. For security purposes perhaps?

The breakfast was awful. Powdered eggs are unacceptable and everything else was carbohydrates or sugar. We have stayed at many of the hotels on your row, and many of them have far superior breakfasts which include fresh fruit and real eggs. Including breakfast is a perk when staying at the hotel; a good breakfast keeps customers coming back. Your hotel is clean and well appointed, so breakfast was a huge disappointment. The only other comment we have is the little lighting in the room and the bathroom lighting is harsh and dreadful. It made it hard to get ready until there was natural light coming in through the window.

We enjoyed our stay at the Wingate by Wyndham in Concord.

Our stay was very pleasurable and the hotel was located near the reason for our visit. The room was very clean and the staff that we encountered were very friendly. The breakfast was great and the bed was very comfortable.

Full house keeping services would have made the stay a little better, but we understand that some precautions are still being taken for safety reasons, Hopefully this will change in the near future.

They never put a blanket on one of the beds. I asked for one and the front desk girl told me that they didn’t have one to give us but she would call a manager to ask if she could take one from another room and would come to the room with it. She never brought one and when I called the front desk she wouldn’t answer

I booked this hotel on Booking.com for December 26-28, 2022. I wanted to write this review immediately after staying at the hotel, but since I was busy moving, I could only do it now. I was moving from California to Concord and needed to stay at the hotel for two days. From the first steps, the paintwork was going on in your hotel the first night. Everything was hung with film, it was impossible to walk and even find my way to the elevator. The smell was very strong everywhere, I am allergic, and the next morning I felt terrible. I attached pictures of what it looked like. I consider it unacceptable to receive clients during intensive construction work. On the second day, the painting continued, with workers painting on the upper floors. I decided to spend the second night. But in addition to everything on the second evening, I saw a large beetle that was crawling right in front of me on the bed. It was a complete shock for me! I caught it in a glass and went to the girl at the front desk to show it. She wasn't friendly, with no response or apology. However, the next morning staff was nice when I was checking out. I changed the room, but I was already afraid to sleep in the new room too. I also attached photos of the beetle on the bed. I don't want to figure out what kind of beetle it is, I'm not a botanist, but this clearly does not meet the requirements for processing the premises. Also, major repairs during the reception of customers are also not allowed. I am very disappointed with my stay at your hotel. I hope you will consider it rightly from the customer vision.
