Greeted very well. shuttle service came and picked us up at the car rental return on the day of checkin and then took us to the airport in the morning. very efficient! will choose them again if I need to stay by the Sacramento Airport.

You pay for parking even though it’s their parking lot. The hotel seems to be upgraded a bit, but you can tell it was a bit dated. It was okay. $8 for no valet seemed wild to me. And the bathroom was loud when you turned the light on. The room is big with high ceilings, but nothing special.

This was my second time staying here. The staff are very attentive. The room was comfortable and clean, though it did look a bit worn. It was worth the price.

The hotel was clean and nice. Front desk vas very nice and prompt checking us in. Room was quiet and beds were comfortable. Loved having an AC unit you can actually control the fan and not the smart one that turns off.

If you have an early flight at the airport, the shuttle does not start until 4 am. It was tight for a 5 am flight.

I stayed at this property because I had a very early flight to catch at SMF. I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman and he was delightful through the whole check-in process. The room and hotel were clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was a convenient distance from the airport. They offered to set up a shuttle for me, but I already had arrangements to get to the airport made.

We stayed as a convenience because of an early flight! We were so pleased with the great service and we are leaving our car parked there as an added plus. Love the shuttle service too!

Our stay was fine. We were in the room for only a few hours prior to an early morning flight. We appreciated the availability of a 4 AM airport shuttle.

The property was very well cared for and it felt safe with a security guard in the parking lot when we arrived back later at night. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was very large and clean. Would absolutely stay here again!

The staff were very accomidating, even looked for a scale to weigh our luggage ( they didnt find one). They let us check in early, gave us directions, over all were wonderful. Highly recommend staying here!!

Rooms should be updated. Asked for a late checkout and only got an hour extension, which is sad as the hotel was not booked at all.

The hotel was located close to the airport so convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had to wait in the lobby about 10 minutes to check in as they were running an audit on the computers. The staff was friendly but after the audit it was a still a slow process to get checked in and I was pre-paid. I would stay again because it was clean and comfortable.

Comfortable, modern, well appointed. Night time security in the parking lot. Most important is that this hotel is in a safe neighborhood. So many hotels are located by homeless camps so you have to be careful where you stau

Hotel was nice but the pillows were way too soft and I tossed and turned all night.

I was disappointed in the way the room fees and incidental fee was not explained and then not being told we have to pay for parking so just things that were no disclosed till right at payment time and also there was alot of marajuana smell the whole time and that was annoying.

Very comfortable beds, big and spacious room. Like most hotels, you can hear noise when people arrive in the middle of the night. Otherwise, the hotel is quiet.The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. Good vibe.

The property was nice, well kept, our room was comfortable and quiet.
However, upon our arrival from dinner, it took me 25 minutes to circle around the parking lot in order to find a parking spot.
Which I was not successful, I was asked by management to park my car in front of the property until something freed up because there were a couple of parties being held on businesses that share all parking spots.
7 dollars were charge to park, which were later withdrawn.
At 11 pm I was woken up by an associate in charge, and asked to move my car.
This was very inconvenient as I was deep asleep.
I don't think I would stay at this property on any other that has no dedicated parking.
