Poor customer service. The front desk person has no personality. Kept my license after making a copy. Now they want me to purchase a .52 cent stamp, email it to them, so they can mail me my license, even though it was their mistake. No a single phone call in 4 days that my license was there.

Room is big. Has a separate sitting area. Large fridge and a cooktop. Bed was pretty comfortable. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good for hotel food. Would stay again.

Clean rooms, amazing staff, close to 95, and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Edmund, bartender, was absolutely amazing! He was super friendly and wonderful to chat with. I'll be back to stay here again!

The rooms were spacious and well equipped. It was a great location. Under 15 minutes to Clematis district, beaches, outlet mall, airport, and interstate for daytrips. they served a hot breakfast that slightly varied every day. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, especially Frank who gave us lists of restaurants and places to visit at our first breakfast and answered all our questions throughout our visit. It was a great value for our money. Would definitely there stay again.

We were able to check in a bit early which was helpful. Front desk person was professional. Condition of the room was good. Everything seemed fairly clean even though it was a bit dated. Sheets were crisp and bed was firm. Plenty of pillows were provided. We did hear the highway traffic throughout the night which may bother some sleepers. Only one elevator was working in the morning which caused several minute delay when many folks were going down for breakfast as we were checking
out. Breakfast was quite nice including fresh fruit. I appreciated the attendant serving the hot food instead of everyone reaching into it. The whole set up seemed to be more sterile. Big plus for me was the ceramic coffee mugs provided along with the plastic cup choice. Overall, I would recommend.

Such a great place to stay. Better than I even knew when I booked it. Beautiful setting..close to everything & felt very safe staying there alone.

Housekeeping had to be called 3 different times to complete services they missed. We were there 8 days. Pillow top beds too soft. Would have preferred a firmer mattress. Ice maker in fridge inoperable. Had to go to front desk for a bag of ice. Some breakfast items were good, but others were either over cooked or very chewy. Had to wait several times for food & coffee to be made. Pool not kept clean as debris was always on the bottom.

Everything was great! Breakfast was available everyday and they also provide transportation to anything within a 5 mile radius for a flat rate of your stay if you don't have your own transportation.

People were very nice and helpful. Got in after 7pm. There are no near by restaurants within walking distance. You can order take out like DoorDash. I chose to order from the bar menu which was limited but good enough to satisfy my appetite.

My stay at Hawthorn Suites was comfortable.
I enjoyed that it was an easy 15 minute walk to a large shopping center that included a TJMaxx, Whole Foods, an outlet mall and many other shops. I walked in the daylight not sure how safe it would be to walk after dark. The hotel is surrounded by construction sites and apartment buildings.
The hotel itself was clean and the staff was helpful with the few questions I had. I liked that coffee and water was available in the lobby at all times. I was traveling solo and felt very safe at this hotel.
The room I was in was clean but shows the signs of a little wear and tear. Some of the carpet is worn in places and the shower tile could use a re-caulking.
Would I stay here again-yes.

Stayed here for 1 night in December travelling from Orlando to Miami. Perfect location within walking distance of shopping centre and restaurants. Breakfast was included and kids were happy with waffle maker and selection of food.

Super friendly staff! Continental breakfast included. Rooms were super spacious, fully stocked kitchen, comfy clean beds! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

Housekeepers don't clean the room. Never left the shampooing and every time you have to ask.
Front desk offered very bad services and they don't care to much about the visitors.
We will find another one.

We only stayed one night and the suite was well appointed and would’ve been great if we were staying longer, but not sure why you’d stay in this location unless you’re going to the airport. If you have a car, it’s only a 15 min drive to some great shopping and dining options where palm trees line the walkways and public spaces, and it’s lit up beautifully at night. We enjoyed this.
The hotel was clean and decorated nicely with two big Christmas trees, but the hotel hallways and elevators have a musty stale smoky smell (although it’s a non-smoking hotel I think). They include breakfast in the dining area, but this didn’t open early enough in the morning for us to enjoy, nor did they offer us a bag breakfast or snack to go. We were disappointed there was no free shuttle to the airport, being its nearby. I believe the charge was $15. We wouldn’t likely stay here again as it didn’t provide the extras we’d appreciate for the price of the hotel.
We prepaid for the hotel and our check-in and check-out was quick and our deposit was promptly returned.

Quick & easy check in, staff very friendly and helpful, My 2 bedroom suite was very clean. Evening cocktails was awesome, breakfast buffet has a lot of options, and is so delicious, great transportation shuttle service. Our shuttle driver accommodated our large group to the cruise port efficiently. I really enjoyed my stay & i will return.

The rooms were nice the hotel was clean. The staff had no customer service skills and were very cold. I would have rather slept in my car for the price we paid and the 13 hours we were there. Have no plans on ever booking here again.

Since it's close to I-95, there's a fair amount of traffic noise, independent of where your room is located. The hotel appears new, clean, and the staff is friendly. Breakfast was good. There's a large open mall across the street with lots of shops and dining options. The fitness room is minimal and the equipment a bit worn. Overall, a good hotel choice.

Incredible neighborhood & landscape around building. Close to all the good stores and shopping outlets. All of our ubers around the neighborhood were less than $15. Room was clean. Free breakfast buffet and cooks were amazing! Check in and out was fast. 2 part room, Two TVs, full kitchen. The only complaint is the cleaning knocked on our door hours before check out repeatedly. The room service came in our room while we were changing also. Probably need better communication between front desk and the workers to verify who has checked out or not.
