Stressful

It was spacious and comfortable. Staff and housekeeping were very friendly.

GERMAN ROACHES EVERYWHERE! It started with just 3 little ones in the shower and ceiling. But then it escalated to finding them crawling into my suitcase and on my clothes.

Good Location, comfortable bed and plenty of room…

Breakfast buffet, staff friendly for the most part

Same food everyday for breakfast, pool didn’t seem to be cleaned daily but could have just been leaves and things landing in it.

Enjoyed the accommodations, staff was friendly and breakfast was nice. Bar stinks.

Breakfast was great. The room was clean and there was plenty of space with the extended living room with the kitchenette. Solid experience in terms of sleeping accommodations.

Hotel bar seemed to never be open. We are from South Louisiana and we like a little drink with our hotel and the website touted the bar. Would have been great to be able to enjoy a drink without having to leave the premises to do so. Especially since all the closest bars were smoking bars and I'm not going to subject myself to lung cancer just to get an old fashioned. Also the prices at the sundries was inconsistent and the desk staff didn't know what Items cost what. We wanted to buy a bottle of wine to bring to the room since the bar was never open and the desk staff couldn't tell us the price of any of the roughly 8-9 options they offered so we just didn't bother. Maybe put a little effort into your bar area as it could be a big draw for your guests to spend some extra money with you.

My stay was nice except the fact that my bedding wasn’t change the 2nd day

Very close to tangy outlets, Hotel shuttle drivers, front desk staff and breakfast area they are very nice.

Second day my bed my pillows and bed sheets was not changed the same bedding was placed back on my bed. Smt

Uma jóia rara na Flórida por um bom custo!

Gostei de tudo. O quarto parece um pequeno apartamento, com sala conjugada com cozinha bem completa, onde cozinhamos nossa janta. Quarto espaçoso. ótimo café da manhã com salada de frutas, iogurte, 4 pratos quentes, wafles. Sempre tem café e chás. Pessoal muito atencioso. Receberam um pacote da Amazon. Fazem um deposito de segurança, mas é liberado no cartão no dia seguinte ao chekout. Perto (de carro) de um bom outlet e supermercado. Foi nossa base para curtir parques e praias lindas mais ao norte.

Podiam conferir o que está faltando no quarto e repor, por exemplo, no nosso, faltaram garfos e secador de cabelo.

Parkplatz inklusive und ausreichend vorhanden

Lage - direkt an einer großen Straße - schlafen nicht möglich. Das Zimmer hat einen sehr markanten Eigengeruch Zimmereinrichtung schon sehr abgewohnt Klimaanlage Anlage nicht möglich, diese die ganze Nacht anzulassen. Kann nicht reguliert werden

Hawthorne is a first choice for me

Staff is nice, it’s very spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable

It was a nice convenient stay for our cruise

The room was fine. I liked that the kitchen had refrigerator, microwave and utensils. The room was also clean. Convenient location for shopping. The shuttle service was good. I was a lil worried when it took 30 minutes to get picked up from the airport. However, very accommodating to get to the port.

The breakfast could have been better. Not a lot of choices for me to eat. I would have preferred more donuts, danish, and cinnamon rolls. You can never go wrong with that.

Not worth money soent.

Bed was comfy and breakfast was good

Smelled horrible in halls and in rooms, musty, smoky, wallpaper peeling near ceiling, carpet damp and smelled. Smelled like gas leak near elevators on first floor

Beautiful room but not so helpful staff.

The room was amazing, so spacious and clean.

On booking in we were told the food services were closed due to being a slow night even thought the in room service stated they were available for a time after we inquired. In end hd to order a pizza from some random takeout.

Not the experience I expected.

The staff were exceptionally nice and efficient

The phone was sticky. I asked for a courtyard room with a king bed, but that room was not ready for me at yet at 11pm. I was given a queen room overlooking the highway, which was noisy all night.

Very good

Location was great ... large hotel room with great space.

Shuttle was available at extra cost although it could of been a more organized service ...Drop off and Pick up times were not coordinated...Breakfast staff was somewhat always unpleasant ...Check in and Check out was also a little congfusing because we booked two rooms.. Charges for rooms were charged incorrectly...Even with these issues it still was a decent stay.

Great Stay for Great Price

There was an airport shuttle that picked you up for free. They also offered to take you wherever you needed to go. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a full hot breakfast with the option of continental as well.

It was very clean and comfy. It was quiet so we got a good night’s rest each night. We loved having a kitchenette.
