Pool and jacuzzi were really nice. Fitness center was also really clean and had quite a variety of equipment. Very modern and pleasant stay.

I was received very well by the desk representative, very courteous and friendly and the check-in was so fast, like they were really waiting for me :) My room not only looked elegant but it was large and bed/pillows super comfortable as well as the A/C temperature. I have bottles of water, coffee and tea and a safe box. The hotel is far from downtown and the airport in a quiet and safe neighborhood, but is surrounded by good restaurants at a walking distance of 3 to 5 minutes.

Room was nice and clean and pretty. I thought the bed was comfortable but my husband thought it was too soft. The road noise from the highway was bothersome. The check in process was fast but they barely acknowledged me. We had the breakfast which was terrible. Same food you get at any Marriott. I used to work for Marriott. Definitely nothing worth paying for which we did unfortunately. If it’s going to be the same food the other Marriotts have for free, it may as well be free there too.

Property did not have available room that I reserved. It was late at night and very disappointed that there were no rooms with the 2 quern beds as I originally reserved. Did not stayed and ended up driving north ot get anotber room!

The hotel is nice but they didn’t clean our room the 2nd day. We came back after a long day and had to call to get someone to bring towels. NEVER buy the breakfast in advance. Both days we tried to have it there was no food available so we asked for our $ back for the 3rd day. Supposedly they gave us credit for it but it hasn’t shown up on our credit card yet.

Property was great. They do have ongoing construction but it’s mostly in the back and out of sight to guests. The only issue I had was the tub didn’t drain and the shower wouldn’t fully turn on, but after making a call to the front desk, the maintenance came and immediately replaced the entire faucet and there were no further problems.

We were put in a brand new room that was just remodeled. Our phone in the hotel room did not work. I asked three different times that they were going to fix it and they did not if you wanted room service I had to go downstairs order it and wait for them to bring it up.

Hotel was in the middle of an upgrade but still very clean. Staff was pleasant and welcoming. Really missed having a mini-fridge and a microwave in the room. Beds were comfortable and room/bathroom was very clean. Construction workers were always gone by 5pm and off on Sundays. Great location and within walking distance of multiple restaurants.

I love that the conference I attended was on site, that made things easier for my commute and travel accommodations. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar staff is awesome. It was nice to be able to grab food at the bar, then go up to my room.

The room had no mini fridge and no microwave. The thermostat cooled inefficiently and inconsistently. The shower stall is extremely small, and one could barely bathe without hitting the walls. This made no sense because there was an extremely long useless soaking tub in the bathroom as well. Who would soak in a tub in a hotel like that? To further compound all these inconveniences, they were doing construction, so the days were filled with drilling and banging. Our room wasn’t cleaned even though the Do Not Disturb sign was not on the door. It was the worst hotel experience in my life, to be quite honest.

The hotel was nice, however check in was very disappointing. I walked in to the lobby at 9:54 PM and did not enter my room until 11:01. It took over an hour to check in because the hotel only had one employee and there were multiple parties trying to check in. The online check in was not functional. After a long day, I certainly did. It anticipate standing in line for over an hour to check in. To her credit, the employee was very kind and was not flustered, but for some reason it was extremely slow.

We arrived for check-in around 8:30 pm. We didn't know about a soccer tournament in the area and we saw a bunch of high school parents with their kids in line in order to check-in. It took almost 2 hours for us to get attended because it was just ONE lady at the counter. It was unbelievable that no else was able to assist her. They have an Starbucks inside of the hotel and we tried to have a new drink; we were surprised when we did not get what we order. The person who prepared our beverages said " I'm not a Barista; I'm the bartender and I'm helping here". It did not make any sense for us to have that excuse. The carpet on the elevators are extremely dirty with a bad smell, just one ice machine working on the entire four floors hotel? We did not get housekeeping service at all in the entire day. Overall, very disappointing service for a very nice hotel, located in a very nice area.
