Overall would recommend. Hotel was nice, staff (minus bistro area) were nice, comfortable, had good cookies. Only issue was your by the highway so you can hear the cars. They did provide earplugs though. My husband left his AirPods and the hotel actually got them back to us which was a first! Normally you would call asking and I feel like the answer is always default no nothing was found in the room. So that was highly appreciated!

Overall great. Great location. We tried to request towels & was told by the front desk their housekeeper was out, there was one key & nothing could be accessed & she was the only one working as well. So no one was able to get anything for the night. Our AC was a little odd - you couldn’t turn it off- just AC or heat. Walls seemed a bit thin compared to some hotels we have stayed in.

Great stay, the TV remote was not working properly and we were not able to watch any of the streaming services but we came to visit family so we did not spend much time in the room so it was not a huge issue. I did not reach out to the front desk either. Other than that great stay.

There was a rip on the couch in our room as well as the bathroom vanity was old and peeling wood. The toilet paper roll was also loose and falling off.

Showers are pretty awful because of the water-rationing shower heads (so dumb because everyone just showers longer), and there are no bathtubs, so you cannot wash your hair unless you have ten or twenty wispy hairs in total. If you need to take an actual shower and wash your hair, try another hotel. Seriously, you cannot get clean. Otherwise nice building with clean rooms.

Property was nice outside and inside. Clean, well kept, up to date, smelled really good!! Bed was comfy. Rooms are spacious and clean!! Room rates were really good and worth every penny spent.. Food and shopping within walking distance, and plenty of shopping nearby within a mile. Staff was polite, easy and quick check in. We’ll definitely stay again whenever we’re in town!

Once we walked into the hotel it smelled like a strong scent of vanilla during the whole stay it was very overwhelming. And first thing we woke up to was fire alarms going off at 8am for 20-30mins no warning no nothing it was a practice fire drill. Woke up my newborn after a long trip we had just had it was horrible we WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Hotel is nice. Not new but well kept. Staff very friendly and helpful. Was surprised to find no free breakfast provided. However the restaurant is open from 6am to noonish. Coffee is excellent

Was given a room directly off the elevators. Asked the desk if there was another room available. Was told the hotel was booked to over capacity and that while not everyone had checked in yet if I changed rooms it would more than double my rate. Room faced the freeway and it was EXTREAMLY loud overnight and especially early mornings. No need for an alarm clock as the increase in traffic would wake you.

Most things were good but guests in the room above us sounded like kids running and jumping and flushing the toilet from 8pm to 11pm. Called the front desk twice for help with the noise. They said they would call and then that they would go up, but nothing helped. Toilet flush from upstairs was very loud.

We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the property was. Everything was spotless from the lobby to the elevators, hallways, public restroom and rooms. Rate was reasonable and our room was super clean. Nice touch with the flavored water dispenser in the lobby for guests. Check-in staff were very friendly and helpful as well. We would stay here again.

Easy access and parking at the property. Rooms were very clean and in excellent shape! Would have been 5 stars across for me but the front desk stayed on a call for a little over 5 minutes while I was waiting to check in. Normally not a big deal but manager came out and still was not asked if I needed anything. Went on and on about the options in the area with another customer on phone then seemed irritated after hanging up and checking me in.
