We loved our Junior Suite Spacious very beautiful comfortable Modern The bed was so soft luxurious bedding was luxurious We loved the glass walk in shower This suite was exceptionally clean and I am very picky We enjoyed this stay so much we love. One back Breakfast was good There was several restaurants you can walk to for dinner Was the cleanest beautiful hotel Recommend!

We had a good stay. The hotel is clean and staff are nice. The only issue we had was when I requested extra pillows it took them a day and 3x request for them to bring to the room. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.

Had a very easy check in, the room was great. Had a modern TV with even Netflix. Bed and pillows were comfy. Bathroom could use an update and a better clean in the shower but overall still would give it a good review. Loved the products offered and the rest of the hotel was very kept.

I live in the city The Colony, the Residence Inn in this area is very close to my house. During the thanksgiving holiday, I had guests coming to visit and need more living space. So I arrange them to live in the Residence Inn, they are very satisfied.

Wasn’t what I was expecting. I paid almost $1,000 to be here for a WEEK and to me it was NOT worth it!!! I picked this out of all the others because it said renovated and it wasn’t renovated recently!!! The bathroom was SO SMALL I could barely close the door. The rooms were so outdated! The only great thing was the view and staff. I asked for pillows several times and I never got them! I asked for trash bags idk how many times and NEVER GOT THEM! I had to go buy my own trash bags and go get my own pillows and covers because we never got them. The breakfast was horrible and whatever they put out at 6 is the same food hours later! I have video of how hard my food was! Some days they didn’t even have creamer or meat for breakfast. I was there for a WEEK and not one time did our room get cleaned. They gave us towels but never cleaned even after asking. And after asking again they said they would come and guess what? You guessed it! They never came! The only other good thing was the stove…. The staff tried to help but other than that this place was a HUGE disappointment and wasn’t worth the money. Oh and having access to YouTube did help a lot and WiFi was good.

The room was amazing, however, we had a little bit of problems. When we asked to stay a another night with the hotel staff. They told us we would have to check out and check back then. Which seemed extremely odd to me.

Hello there, had a okay stay. Unfortunately the pool was closed so not fun for my oldest son that turned 7 during our stay and our view was right out front of the pool area.

Quiet easy check in. Wifi access free for registered user is an add-on. Wifi speed was good. Room was super clean. After a day long walk, got the much needed sleep. If we get ev charging station, then it will be great.

This Residence Inn is great! I only gave I 1 less star because it is a little dated(needs an update) and although we brought our dogs and were welcomed with a pet friendly room, it really smelt of animal urine!

The room itself was ok, the breakfast was terrible, we could deal with that though. My problem is that I booked & paid for my room through Hotels.com, & upon checkout my card that should have been used only for incidentals was charged for my room. Supposedly they reversed it & it wasn’t going to clear my account, well it did on Wednesday Morning & again this morning. So not only did i pay Hotels.com, i also paid Residence Inn twice for my room. The hotel has not been very helpful in getting this resolved or giving me answers as to why i was charged twice. I have called numerous times with no answers or callbacks from a manager. Don’t book here! Save yourself your money & go elsewhere!!

On arrival the property and staff were great, but it soon turned. The room smelt terrible. We used the pull out bed in the couch and asked for a blanket, they brought a duvet instead. Later we went back down and asked for two pillows, they stated they would bring them, 30 mins passed nothing, so we called they stated pillows were on there way. Hour passes, went back down to the front desk, said they’d bring them, and after an hour and a half I called again to be informed there were no pillows in the entire hotel. I asked if they could borrow one form another room as we were only staying a night, and they refused. Let’s skip to breakfast, it was more than disappointing. Went to pour almond milk in my coffee to find lumps coming out, it was rancid! I brought it to the worker and she said “ok and” then walked away. No apology. The juice machine needs a good cleaning inside because the juice wasn’t right.

Everything about the stay was great from cleanliness to being safe. The only issue I had was the AC unit went out in 2 different rooms but they accommodated me with no issues. The front desk staff was superb I’ve never seen nothing like it. The hot breakfast was great and very relaxing jacuzzi peaceful and all.

My stay was nice, I would like for the room to be updated and a new bed mattress, it was way to soft and not as comfortable as it should’ve been. The breakfast service was great, taste good and a nice variety of items. Jada and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Some of the door locks were broken and she be replaced. But overall I had no worries and no problems, I would like to stay here again if the updates are done.
