I booked this place for a weekend stay around the eclipse. I wanted somewhere that was a bit removed from both Dallas and Fort Worth, but which was also not more than 30 minutes from the airport. The rate seemed reasonable here. There are 4 semi-similar hotels in a line along this same road, but I didn't do a comparison beforehand. The hotel is located less than 300 yards from a large expressway. I was afraid that this would be noisy, but everyone in our room got good sleep, so it wasn't an issue. On the plus side, this proximity made it easy to head out to other destinations within the metroplex. They had plenty of parking. The hotel is adjacent to a Top Golf facility. Though the nets to catch the golf balls were quite high, I still made a point of parking on the far side of the building. The breakfast at the hotel was decent - back to regular pre-pandemic standards. The dining area is not huge, though, so come early or prepare to be flexible about eating at a coffee table. The hotel also seemed to have a bar that was open in...the afternoon through the evening? I never checked it out. This is apparently a pet-friendly hotel. We didn't see many pets, but would occasionally pass an area that had required more than the standard allotment of cleaning products. The immediate area (within a mile) around the hotel has a LOT of stores and restaurants - think of that sort of zone that surrounds a large mall, but without the mall. The lady at the front desk was completely incompetent and so rude! Absolutely could not be bothered. We reserved 2 rooms, upon arrival she proceeded to tell us she only had 1 room reserved and interrupted me everytime with “you’ll need to take that up with hotels.com” the next morning we were charged for 2 rooms. The phone had no chord to call the front desk, there were no batteries in the tv remote, no blankets for the sofa bed. Horrible stay!

Was told that since we had booked through a third party and the hotel was sold out that we would need to go sit down and wait until our specific room was cleaned even though we were there an hour and a half after check in started. Then they proceeded to check in the customers behind us. We were treated as though our booking was unimportant because we used a third party to reserve the room. After that everything was good, room comfortable and nice.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Great location to shopping and restaurants. Complimentary breakfast included hot buffet as well as healthy choices for vegetarians. Excellent value for the price! I would definitely stay here again.

A newer hotel so it was nice and clean, nice staff but here's what went wrong... No hair dryer (what?), I didn't need one but ALL hotels and motels have one so if I was counting on it, would have been upset. No microwave, was just staying for a break from my house a mile away so I just needed a quiet room but I brought chips and queso so had to eat cold queso, yuck. All coffee packets were decaf and the phone didn't work so couldn't phone the desk for caffeine and couldn't utilize express check-out. So yeah, clean and comfy but would have been a bad experience if I was and out-of-towner. Thumbs down overall.

People at the front desk were very friendly. But no one came to clean the room the three nights I stayed. I ordered take out and the garbage was not taking out. The beds were never changed nor was the bathroom cleaned. Ask to get another wash cloth and they maid was rude

I enjoyed every about my stay all the employees were very helpful. Except breakfast ends at 10am and when I went down for breakfast at 9:15am the lady was cleaning up all the breakfast already.

Nice hotel but the website shows a bar and restaurant which is why I chose this location. There is a bar but no restaurant. I was directed to the one next door. Outside if that it was a nice room and stay.

The free breakfast was good every morning, the staff were all very nice; day and night shift. The room was well cleaned and organized. I would definitely stay at this location again the next time in town. This was my first trip to Dallas and the Hyatt made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you!!

The older woman at the front desk was AMAZING! VERY pleasant, helpful, enthusiastic. Another person there during the day didn’t even acknowledge us. She, however, made us feel at home and treated us like she was genuinely happy we were there

The staff wasn’t kind and their service was not nice. At the time, I realised that the cleaning service is offered only once every three days. I was staying 4nights and I asked for every day cleaning but they refused my asking.I travelled to other countries in many times but I’ve never had this kind of experience before at the hotel. I thought the service from hyatt hotel brand would be nice but it was terrible. Not impressed well. I wouldn’t go to hyatt hotel anymore.

It was ok. Room was dirty. There was gum in the couch, greasy hand prints everywhere, our socks turned dirty in minutes on the carpet. Perón the toilet. Bed was good.

Housekeeping didn’t exist during our stay. I asked for new sheets and they told me to make the bed myself. The bathroom fan did not work. The bathroom had hair in the shower and in the sink from the prior customer. The beds are extremely uncomfortable - can feel the springs in the mattresses. Luxury prices should result in luxury hotel services. Would recommend the Holiday Inn instead.

Lafonda was the sweetest and most attentive at check in The buffet for breakfast was a plus. The hotel room was spacious clean and the pull out couch is a plus. I am definitely staying here for all my soccer tournaments

The check in was terrible . The receptionist was very slow. There was a line of people to check in and she worked so slowly. When it was my turn, she assigned me a room with one bed only, and I had reserved a family room. She told me that expedía had made the reservation of that room for me. Finally, she was wrong and had to change my room. She is not prepared enough for this position.
