Went there for a cheer competition, and it was amazing. Second time I booked with them within a month. Would definitely go back!! Staff is exceptionally friendly and on top of work.

The attendant that evening confused, not helpful and rude

Did not like the fact that breakfast was only served until 9 AM and there was no coffee in the lobby. Actually was asked to pay for a cup of coffee in the morning. Very tacky.

My room was huge and very clean. The breakfast was awesome!

Really have absolutely nothing to complain about! The front desk staff were very lovely, and we had some fun visits with the younger gentleman who worked there. Housekeeping came daily which is not often the case anymore in hotels, and the location and price absolutely cannot be beat.

There was only one staff at the desk and so many people checking in and trying to buy snacks. She was doing her best but you could tell she was stressed. There was no signage outside or on the building so was very confused if I was even right place. Rooms were fine but I probably won’t stay here again. Breakfast was 12.99 a person which we didn’t get.

Went to check in and was told room was not ready and it was exactly 3pm. Told at least another 30 minutes, a family walked in after me and they got there room. Should not have rooms already assigned, should be first come first served

It was a great stay; very comfortable and enjoyable. Staff was amazing, and got us checked in quickly. The room was clean and comfortable.Perfect place for comfort and to celebrate good times. Definitely will be back.

No Internet, no breakfast on holiday, very low water pressure in shower

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and paid in advance. I arrived around 6:00PM for check in and was told that they no longer have rooms with 2 queen beds because other guests decided last minute to extend their stay. I was told that they only had 1 other room with a king bed. Luckily, it was just me and a friend that were staying so we were okay with sharing.
I know the price I paid was for 2 queens and was told that I would receive a credit for the difference once I checked out. I haven’t received anything!
To be honest, I thought it was crappy for them to give our room away. If they wouldn’t have had the 1 king room, we would have been stranded without a hotel.
Other than that the hotel was okay. They were doing construction in the lobby at the time and only 1 elevator worked.

Had a very good day the hotel was very clean close and convenient to everything. The only con was only one elevator was working. And the floor I was on the ice machine was not working I had to go down to the lower floor.

The front desk gentleman that works nights checked me in was amazing. Always greeted me with a smile and small talk! Very helpful

I suppose you get what you pay for. Everything here is mediocre- at best, including the service. The room was clean so that was definitely a plus but again, you get what you pay for.

The staff was excellent! Both male employees 1 local and 1 from Mississippi were super helpful and welcoming. Gentlemen from Mississippi was polite, kind and respectful he alone made this stay great! Please keep him around any guests checking in are sure to have a good time with him as a representative of the hotel.

Not expecting onsite bar/restaurant. Lobby area was beautiful and spacious. The pool was very clean. Front desk was very hospitable and courteous. The breakfast was very delicious- surprising since most buffets are mediocre. The food was tasty with lots of options!

Had to take a cold shower due to no hot water and wife didnt shower due to no hot water....very disappointed! Probably will not book here again!

Property is very well maintained inside and out! The blackout shades are amazing for sleeping in or napping! The room was a little warmer than we prefer and it did take a while for the AC to cool the room. BUT, it was also 109* outside when we arrived. Bed was clean and comfortable, shower was roomy, bathroom was very clean. Beautiful hotel, and very well kept. Desk staff was very friendly. Easy access to interstate, all types of eateries nearby, entertainment district close by, and shopping.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are updated and spacious. Also, the A/C in the room worked amazing. This is a must for us at a hotel stay. The bar in the evenings & breakfast in the mornings were both great. We will be staying here again in the future. This hotel is very close to everything.

I will never stay here again for I needed to change the date and they were not willing to work with me at all. So I just wasted money for i was not in town that night. When people are willing to work with you it’s always a better outcome. They need to work on their customer service skills. I have stayed there many times and would have continued until now and I will stop recommending them as well. Have a blessed day

We stayed for 3 days, Nice and clean property with good cleanliness, prompt service, spacious rooms and great staff. We liked the breakfast too with a good variety of food, have vegetarian options and way better than rivals hotels. Will recommend Holiday Inn for their great service and wonderful rooms.

My room smeeled like cigarettes and they make you put a 100 deposit on the tab and I had to give my room number to get coffee and the staff did not speak good English.
