Only issue i have is when we pay extra to stay on the club level, the lounge closing at 10pm. It would be nice to be able to get drinks and snacks at all hours. Why not? You need a key to even get on the floor in the first place.
Also, the breakfast buffet in the lounge sometimes runs out rather quick, like the fruit, and the employee doesnt want to go get more. That kinda sucks.

Honestly, since we checked in we were greeted with amazing customer service. Sasha was super friendly. I was actually very impressed with her customer service. She gave us all the information we needed. Was helpful when we asked Disney information.
Our room was clean, the hotel was clean. The BAR… I love me some cocktails! Maggie was amazing! Her cocktails are on point! Her personality is welcoming. Always helpful! We will miss her cocktails for sure!
Breakfast was delicious. Fabian was also super friendly and attentive. Will definitely be coming back. My experience in this hotel made me want to write a review. We often take time to give negative reviews but not as often to praise employees. Sheraton is lucky to have these employees. Overall my experience was 11/10. Thank you all! I will be coming back!

Great bar and club level lounge staff. Beds were comfortable.
The road noise from our room was terrible. We didn’t have water one night and they didn’t provide any extra. Front desk said to come downstairs if needed. The next day we didn’t have hot water and received no notification or apology. Paying for parking is ridiculous.

This place was fantastic! It was a random pick for my birthday weekend, and I wanted something close to Disneyland. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast, snacks, drinks, and even hors d'oeuvres were excellent. The noise level was perfect; it was quiet and peaceful. My only complaint was that the hot tub was out of order, and I was really looking forward to using it.

Exceptional stay! From the welcoming staff to the impeccably clean room and stunning rooftop pool, every aspect exceeded my expectations. Perfectly located with easy access to parks, and restaurants. Highly recommend for a memorable LA (orange county) getaway!"

One of the best Hotels near Disneyland

Lots of service issues. Hotel was clean and comfortable though.
1) Disneyland shuttle skips this stop due to being too full from other stops
2) False security alarms go off for hours in the early morning
3) Elevator broke
4) Gave us a broken towel. Asked for house keeping to exchange. Got charged $20 for broken towel.
5) Got complimentary water from front desk for a few days and then one lady tried to charge us. Hit or miss on this one.
6) No extra pillows
7) Misplaced our luggage when asked to hold onto it post-check out

Maybe this is just a one off but it left the impression that Sheraton is content with being a 3 star hotel. The overall maintenence of the hotel is poor. You can tell as soon as you step into the elevator. Once you notice this, you begin to notice other things like dirty base boards, dirty carpets, dings and scratches overlooked and neglected. The staff was not very excited and disingenuous with their welcoming apart from having to wait for several minutes before anyone came out to greet us. This happened on several occasions. I felt like I was at a motel 6 waiting for the care "less" employee to assist me. I could go on but whats the point? A business is only as good as its leaders and this place was definitely lack8ng leadership.

The staff was amazing! We loved the welcome bag with treats! The hotel was wonderful and the rooms were clean and spacious. Loved this place and will definitely be coming back!

Bed was very hard. Pillows were flat and filled with what felt like crumpled newspaper. No hand soap, even after calling the front desk to request. Shower/Tab was backed up/drained slow. Called for maintenance, never took care of it.
Great location and pricing is great, but overall comfort and cleanliness is below the value compared to the cost. This place needs a room facelift

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally nice and accommodating, hotels.com on the other hand sent me a confirmation for a doubles room, a room the hotel did not have available. When I arrived on site they were able to help me book a second room adjacent to the first at a lower rate than I booked through hotels.com. Lesson learned, next time I'll book direct instead of through hotels.com

Our stay was great, the staff was very hospitable upon arrival. Our room was spacious and very clean. The only inconvenience was that the ice machine was broken on our floor. I like how near we were to Disneyland and other stores. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

It was very quiet and clean which is very nice for a hotel close to Disneyland. However, no free internet. Staff helped me access internet then it shut down within 30 minutes. My sister would login and it immediately dropped her so don't expect free internet. No shelves in the shower and I didn't have any washcloths. I probably would not choose to stay there again due to not having internet.

Loved Barbra at the front desk! So sweet and helpful! Even went out of her way to send me cake up to my room for my birthday. Bellman were amazing and helpful. Clean and very nice rooms and got us adjoined rooms. Great hotel and will definitely stay here again!

Really nice hotel and staff. Having a bar onsite was a plus.
The best part was how quiet this hotel was, despite being within a 1.5 miles away from Disneyland. This is specifically why I chose to stay here.
