We stopped in for a little staycation and was greeted with the friendliest customer service agent. After checking in, me and my boyfriend hit up the bar for a bite to eat and a few drinks. The service there again was outstanding. We will defiantly be back for another visit. Thank you Aloft!

Two areas need improvement. The bed was uncomfortable and throughout the entire night a mechanical noise made it difficult to sleep. The bar, for some reason, did not have many food options. The bar tender indicated there was suppose to be a delivery that day, but it never happened.

I was surprised at how small the room was… I also found a rather large spire web with what looked like spider eggs in it. Additionally, my shower was out of body wash and I found a spare part hidden behind the toilet. Overall I am not likely to stay at this property again.

Very clean. Rooms have lots of wear apparent. no microwave but a coffee machine. comfortable bed. Very quiet as hotel census seemed low. You'll love the robot that cruises the parking lot to make sure you paid the $9 parking fee. Quite cute. Nice staff.

Just got here and it’s a nice location with good service and facilities but our room is a little old and dingy. Shower curtain moldy, tile and grout old. Not the worst ever, just could be better.

Excellent location for transport, shopping, eateries. Modern clean styling with pool, bar and a well equipped fitness room. We had a minor problem with our air conditioning and received excellent service with a room upgrade from the very personable hotel manager. Very pleasant stay in a very clean and comfortable room.

Bed was not comfortable, coffee machine was poor, barely enough water pressure to take a shower properly. Parking for guests should be free. Will NOT stay here again.

I stayed at the Aloft at the SFO airport and decided to try this Aloft in Portland. Overall similar -- maybe the AC could be up-dated as it was a bit noisy. Otherwise very similar. Very lovely staff.

The decor was very appealing and fun. The hotel is in a great area close to shopping and eateries. If I am ever back in the area I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel tried to cancel my reservation and move me to another hotel. I was very unhappy because I specifically chose the Aloft next to a destination I needed to be able to walk to. They did let me keep the reservation but only when I refused to move. I was very displeased, even though the representative was only doing her job.

The bathroom shower was not cleaned well. There was a large clump of hair sticking to the shower wall. Also an employee barged into my room while I was in there. He knocked and immediately entered before I could answer. I usually like staying at a lofts. This was pretty disappointing.

Shuttle drivers were fantastic, especially Tom. He was super friendly and provided valuable information about the surrounding area. Sink was plugged and eould not drain. We notified the front desk abd the guy said he would let maintenance know. No one showed up. My husband fixed it himself. Heidi was great and helpful, but her shft was almost over when we got there. The morning receptionist was very formal, business-like, and short and succint with her responses.

The refrigerator hadnt been cleaned out. They advertised live music, there wasn’t any. They advertised a restaurant and cooked breakfast, tthere wasn’t a restaurant and breakfast was microwaved. It was an expensive stay. I thought the for mention Ed amenities would make it a nice stay. It was over priced and provided bare minimum. Like a Remada Inn. Not Marriott.
